- Yes, that's right JBL Fans! Here it is the JBL Partybox 300 without grill, and i am switching the #LFM (Low-Frequency-Mode) on and off.

mygiguser could you try the low frequency mode with the partybox 100 but obviously with the grill on to see if it actually has it. Some people say it has the mode and some say it doesn’t
And even more speakers since LFM on this speaker doesn't actually exist

HI Dan Last. I have currently 2 Partybox 300. The TWS is always going out of sync. Do you have the same problem? Wich firmware do you have?

@@sergedacunha6028 use a aux cord from the output aux and put it into the input aux on the other speaker there will be no lag
Its not LFM its a diagnostic mode that turns off DSP settings. It changes the profile, turns of protections and is the reason JBL disabled this, people who think its LFM keep frying their speakers and then return them on warranty.

What's purpose for pressing button Bluethood and " +" ?
Hold it for more than 10s to make a factory reset. The speaker forgets all the Bluetooth paired devices, and it goes back to the default audio settings.

And LFM is (Bluetooth and -)

The version that 1 speaker is 201115 and found this mode ( LFM) and the another spear have 381221 version and not found, can I help me?

My partybox 1000 fan keeps running all the time even if the music is not playing! Should I be worried or is something normal?

ITS Normal , try to vacuum the fun , as it traps dirt , i wanna take off the grill of my pb 1000 , it gets dirty inside

Hi, I have a question: what is the small little black strip in between the two small tweeters? It's the little cylinder looking things? On mine there is no black cover and it looks like a camera

How did you removed the Grill off of the PartyBox 300? I have a PartyBox 300 btw
pliers and pry bar. it was painful
Note: Both the grill and the speaker will be permanently damaged
@@sarawassen157 You can without damage, but disassemble all, to bear wooden box then you can unscrew grill without damage.
@@davidtadic4716 Any tips on how to do this? I can't get the bottom off of mine? I have the sides and top off, and the front facing screws out of the grill plate, and 4 screws removed from under the bottom pad. It seems the bottom is somehow attached to the box through the speaker stand mount, but I can't find any screws there.

So I have a question does lfm make the speaker go deeper with bass and doesn't the first mode of bass boost do the same so if you have both turned on do you get extra deep bass?
im not sure if you can turn them on simultaneously
The lfm mode on jbl speakers are just for testing their frequencies it is NOT advisable on using it on a daily basis as it will ruin your speaker. Becuase turning on lfm turns off its DSP and then it will go nuts becuase the woofers have nothing to rely on connectivity
It's just better to use the bass boost mode rather than lfm so that it will be able to limit its frequencies and volumes and it still sounds good even on bass boost mode only

Tomo Rainns don't use it, it's worthless. With LFM there is no audio processing at all, so it will sound bad and also distort quite a bit.

Face Man it disables all sound processing, so the signal your speaker receives, is ONLY amplified, but not processed. That means the speaker will sound worse, but can reach deeper bass.

i don’t know, it’s more party speaker.
No, it can't be a monitor because the main principal for a monitor speaker is to produce original flat resolution audio with THD lessthan 0.09, these party boxes are bass boosted for more dancing environment with 10 percent THD. Good for home theater, outdoor and dj purpose, but for recording and monitoring these are not at all a good choice.

Face Man no, this mode disables sound processing entirely. It sounds pretty bad on DSP off mode or "LFM", but it goes deeper

Hyposez Bluetooth and + is Service Mode. It does nothing but read from the USB Port, if there is an update file inside a usb drive.

It's for the situations where you need to orient the speaker differently. The top ones turn on simultaneously when the speaker is placed vertically. The bottom one turns on with the top one when the speaker is placed horizontally
Ok so to turn on LFM you press BLuetooth and minus volume for 10 seconds? I thought that it was just the second Bass BOost mode when you press bass boost the 2nd time? Please clarify.
There is Bass Boost Mode 1, 2, and Bass Boost off, and also LFM1 and LFM2 and LFM off.

Yes I would like to know what is LMF1 and 2 uses for please. I have a problem when I play music on my party box if I change of song Volume cuts off, so I can't make it work louder I need to press + volume or - volume to get it higher again.

Gapple_ YT wrong. The Partybox 300 can go as low as 32-33hz in normal mode, but with DSP off the speakers move till 1hz.
