JK is a dance machine. He’s also an exercise nut. After the eggs shows he would work out doing boxing practices cool down. And he just gets smoother and better as a dancer. They sometimes wear masks even in the past to cover a pimple or not shaving FYI.
JK, great vocalist, great dancer, great performer! that angry look in some performances. He was shy back then but when he performs, its like he has an alter ego.

He and Hobi are my favorite dancers in BTS. They all great and stupendously talented but how Hobi and Jungkook "present" themselves through their individual dancing styles just pulls me in extra hard and keep me interested. They both have something in common that I find unique and fascinating - when they dance, it looks and feels so damn liberating, joyous and free, so full of overflowing exuberance, of untamed life force and passion for their craft, plus they are both so insanely light on their feet. I also noticed that when they dance pure hip hop side by side, they become almost mirror images of each other :-) The beastly vibe with beastly effortless energy. Whatever they did with / to Jungkook when they whisked him of to US for that brief period of dance training ( he himself later attested that it was terrifying ), it did the trick because he just so happens to be the one in the whole of BTS that stands out most for me personally in a matter of signature style, personal charisma and emotive expressiveness. Its crazy how natural looking he is when he dances and how his face and body create an absolute flawless perfection you can drown in. Not all dancers ( no matter how technically skilled and flawless they may be otherwise) can control their face when they dance and thats what makes a BIG difference to me. JK owns his face when dances, he is so thrilling to watch. A big bonus for me is his very distinct intuitive mixing / expressing of super "angular", sharp and powerfully masculine energy with almost animalistic sexiness to it with gentle, effortlessly sensual, seductively hyper feminine vibe and elegance. How he does that ? Nobody would know lol. His hips and what he can do with them have become legendary :-)
12:13 Jhope said that jungkooks choreo for “begin” was the hardest choreography that any of them had ever done at the time. The song and choreo is so underrated that it baffles me. I mean it’s literally a song written by rm about jungkooks love for his hyungs based off a comment jungkook made about his only hardship was seeing his hyungs who he loves and take care of him… go through hardships… and wishing he could help. I mean that’s whT he’s singing about with what Jhope says is the most difficult choreo and it’s super underrated?!?!? HOW?!?! Not only is the footwork baffling… but he’s def singing live with little vocal effects and jungkook was the first solo of the night for these shows and this was directly after their first like 3-4 songs. When they watched the concert and did commentary they talked about that and jk said he felt like he was going to die.. but he killed it. Such a amazing performance and beautiful meaning of a song that do little ppl know… sadness
Jungkook is the most talented human being I’ve known… usually, if your good in arts and music, your not so good in sports or physical activities but he is good in everything… thats why he is indeed golden… and i like his style in dancing..
BTS shared they whole journey, logs, dance covers, songs and songs' covers from pre-debut and onwards. It's a way to make the group known and showcase their talents and personalities. Just like a singer will train their voice and sensibilities by covering songs they like, dancers dance other people's choreo often. The same choreo will go very differently between 2 dancers. It's also a way to try different styles. I love, love, Jungkook's dancing. He has a powerful presence and leaves everything on the dancefloor. He can also be so fluid. I love the recent cover from Nain choreo to Bare Wit Me. I've watched it very often.
I know 3Js are the best dancers not only in BTS but in the entire K-pop scenario and they all have different styles but yet blend as a trio perfectly... For me personally I like Jungkook and Jhope the most and think they are the best dancers for Jungkook it's not only his clean, sharp and powerful moves but also the confidence and ease he carries with himself accompanied by the stage presence He was the first one to catch my attention in a group of 7 and I knew later he was the lead dancer and I think Jhope doesn't have bones 😂he is so so amazing like no comments I have seen him dance like breaking his bones no wonder he is the main dancer and dance choreo leader and about Jimin he is water the most fluid and smoothest contemporary dancer but I think Jungkook is insane he didn't even have experience in dancing field yet trained himself to be as capable as the two dance heroes... He has so much of charisma on stage and is so smooth with his moves I can't take my eyes off😩💜

Ah you guys are getting more natural and comfortable when reacting! Thank you for making this a BTS channel. I know where I can watch just BTS content. Sooo many new reactors are just starting with bts and then trying to react to everybody that you wonder if it’s just for clout or if they’re really giving each artist the time of day and are a genuine fan. A fan of a few bands maybe, but sooo many? You can’t go deep with an artist if you’re just sampling so many people’s stuff.
They sent him to the states not because he couldn't dance. They sent him because he didn't emote while dancing. He wasn't expressive enough when dancing so they sent him with their choreographer/production director Mr Son (who is still with them) to help develop him. Big Hit archived TONS of stuff and releases it periodically to us.
I think the mask thing is that they are used to it, even before covid they would wear mask during practice or even when they are alone. And also sometimes when they are not wearing makeup maybe they are not comfortable of showing their bareface that day. I know they show their bareface a lot of time but maybe there are times when they are not comfortable showing their bareface, or it could be a policy of their company too. I've been wearing mask even before covid and sometimes i just feel more comfortable with my mask on, especially when I don't wear makeup when I'm travelling and going to airports.

With BTS being one of the top groups in Korea and the world, he is not only good with vocals but also has excellent dancing skills. His skills would be enough for people to think he is the main dancer of the group. Any dancer can see how much work and effort he put into it to be able to dance like that. Of course talent is important in a group like BTS, but more so than that, the hard work that goes behind it goes way beyond talent when it comes to Jungkook.

A lot of time because of the air pollution or if they are sick but also for simple things, like for guys it might be because they haven’t shaved yet or done their makeup or have a zit lol or even for idols they might just want to disguise themselves! it might just be my opinion but I think Koreans tend to care more about their appearance, especially idols (which makes sense) or at least care about the way they present themselves to the public anyway. No one wants to be photographed not looking their best 🤣

Over time, mask wearing became so ubiquitous that they evolved into a fashion accessory, which is where we originally got masks with slogans/animal faces/various coloured and/or printed fabrics etc. All those people in the West who wore sparkly or quirky masks for COVID owe a debt of thanks to S. Korea. Additionally, for K-idols, the face mask helps with conditioning when practicing dance. Just as you said, a mask makes it at least somewhat harder to breathe. So, just as singing while jogging on a treadmill helps to condition breath control & lung capacity for performance, dancing while wearing a face mask does the same thing.
There's also the distinction of difficult dances versus difficult *performances*. A couple of them have said On is now their hardest dance but I've got a vague memory of somebody saying that Dionysus MMA 2019 was the hardest performance.
4:10 this was 3 months before they even debuted lol they couldn’t do this with their own music before they released it silly. It wasn’t even hybe during most of these clips. Covers of dance , singing or rapping is extremely common in kpop training bc a lot of the companies will have their trainees form groups and arrange their own music, choreo and sometimes they will release their groups doing something that isn’t to their music but a throwback to something they did while training for debut. Bighit had no money or ways of promoting their music… but this was a video of Jhope jungkook and jimin bc they’re the og dance line and did a lot of dance breaks, intros or special dances for like 5 years together. Things with them singing or dancing other songs are bc they’re fans of music and Inspired by the music or choreo for the dancers…. Posting something they learned is pretty common in companies with less money.

Wearing mask in hot weather or crowded places is hard. So I’m shocked that they have to wear it all the time or often.
