The American dub of The Street Fighter's Last Revenge did more than just re-edit some sequences out of order. The dub completely re-writes the plot. The Japanese version has Tsurugi seeking to maintain possession of a single tape, not two, that contains a potentially damaging confession of a powerful politician. The Japanese version has nothing whatsoever to do with synthetic heroin. It's worth seeing in its original subtitled version, as it is easily the best of the sequels.
