I have a brush McCoy Pottery book called, “The Collector’s Encyclopedia of Brush McCoy Pottery” by Sharon and Bob Huxford that is a first edition. The book has the same vase as yours except it is red, not blue and it says it is a Moderne KolorKraft Vase 12” and made in 1929. I hope that helps you.
Thank you so so very much. I totally appreciate you giving credit to your source. That helps me tremendously and gives credibility to your comment! 😍
I think the Art Glass bowl is beautiful.... looks like a big sunflower!! Love it!
If that brush McCoy had a lid, it would make a beautiful urn. Love it!!
Oh hell yes, more Vinnie and Scott please, very funny. That deco/frog/sheer dressed lady was stunning. Nice find on the clock, my heart is still racing over the price tag , seriously, isn't that the find of the decade Scott?
Happy Independence Day
Let Freedom Ring .
Love The Clock History
Thank You For Sharing.
Beautiful clock. Love the woman pottery piece she’s so elegant. The green and gold bowl reminds of a artistic sunflower or pineapple 😆 heehee I cracked myself up. Have a great day. 😊
The clock is a treasure. I’ve always heard them called “cathedral clocks”. It’s beautiful.
I liked that you showed finding it. Very nice ,old, gothic, and I LOVE the smell too. I always think old things are alive, and want to be fixed up. Silly I know.
That clock is another fantastic find. It’s a beauty and I can’t wait to see it restored and running! Well done, once again!
You and me both!
Gorgeousness always. GREAT VIDEO AND GREAT CONTENT. THUMBS-UP ALWAYS!!!!!!
Happy Independence Day.🏴🤝🇺🇸 from a stormy Glasgow ⚡️⚡️⚡️🌧😄
That steeple clock is awesome and was a real steal!
How fun to see Vintage Vinny. I’m in the chat of live sales with him all the time.
$4.99?! is amazing, and it's in such good shape for 1870s! Wow. What a find. NICE vase too! Happy 4th of July!
Holy 🐮
That clock is amazing. 🥰
Love the clock. I've never seen one here and it would go beautifully with my gothic style.
The glass bowl, I know EXACTLY what it is!!!! It's a face hugger, styled after Ridley Scott's alien came out😁That would actually look awesome hung up on the wall with a tiny light behind it in a dark hallway👀
Oh that film.A friend of mine used to reinact that alien,we'd scream with laughter. He would mime pipe us onto a ferry in the morning going to work.Re enact Basil Faulty from the tv series with John Cleese as a hotel owner,(Faulty Towers)shouting at customers etc. Both hugely popular. So funny.
Your so funny
I love the beautiful art glass bowl. The green and amber colors are beautiful. Happy 4th of July!🇺🇸🇺🇸God Bless the USA! 🇺🇸🇺🇸
I always knew those as "Cathedral Clock", now I know better.
What a find, what a find on the clock! Your videos are so cool 😎 Thanks Scott & have a great day friend 🌈
The clock was a wonderful find 👍🏻🕰. Have a happy 4th!🇺🇸🎆🧨🎇
I think the green octopus bowl is beautiful. It reminds me of the song about under the sea in an octopus garden with you.😊fun song.
Good Morning Scott , tic tock such a lovely old clock . Thank you for all the loveliest finds . Happy Independence day and stay safe 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🙏🏼❤️
The clock is amazing…hard to believe it in great shape, after 150 years!
Your encyclopia looks wonderful
That clock was a steal!
Scott, you really got great deals. Especially the clock $4 and change. The beautiful vase , you must’ve done something nice, and received brownie points.
Your Kolorcraft vase is the same Deco lines as Roseville’s Futura line. Both lines were produced in the late 1920s. The 1925 Paris Deco Exposition really inspired this look. That blue looks like the onyx glazes they used at Brush. Got to look for the Roseville pieces of Futura. They had paper labels and are usually always missing. You have to study the Futura pieces to know what to look for. They still hold good value. That is a glazing flaw. What a find!
Oh I have always loved the Futura line and have only found one example when out thrifting. I’m happy to have another opinion on the suspected glaze skip. 😀
That was interesting Ricky.Love reading about the history of manufacturing.People's skills and ideas, wonderful.
Some one send the man a brush Mc Coy book..he will teach us so much and it won't be gathering dust on a book shelf.Heavy rain and thunder storms in the Greater Manchester,England today. We need it...
Glasgow is the same⚡️⚡️⚡️🌧😂
The pinapple-y glass bowl looks to me like J.I. Co Jordan Imports/Murano. I am not an expert, but it's giving me those vibes. Hope this helps! Thanks for sharing all your wisdom - and fun!!
I like gravy boats, espically when they are full.Chips(potato wedges)and gravy in the dead of winter, with salt and vinegar...divine.
The amber and green glass plate/bowl looks like the collapsed top of a pineapple. LOL The clock is amazing - and the price was insanely low. I’d be interested to know what is printed on the inside of the back. I got detached retina during the video clip when you turned around in the antique mall and I saw - briefly - a Weller “Baldin” vase. It had some awful flowers in it, but OMGosh - Baldin!! *swoons*
This weather is a bit crazy. That's a great Hawaiian punch. You know that glass bowl looks like a straw hat from the Hawaiian punch guy. Glazes are so beautiful, and you are so right about the glaze skip. The glaze on that pot is so beautiful in cobalt and white. Some potters use their fingers tips for spots as decoration. Computers are a fast form of communication, and l agree the facts are not always true. Books are more reliable. But all of this is done by human beings, as a species we do make mistakes. It is nice to know you and your subs because of the computer. It's just our society now. It's so nice to see you go go go!
I am hoping everyone had a wonderful Fourth of July. My cats and l had steak and salad. The bombs are sure bursting in the air. This house isn't very good for watching fireworks. Hopefully my next house will be better for such activities. Thank you for highlighting my humble opinions. Stay safe everyone. 🍄😇💙🍄😇💙🍄😇💙🍄😇💙🍄😇💙🍄😇💙🍄😇💙🍄😇💙🍄😇💙🍄😇💙🍄😇💙🍄😇💙🍄😇💙🍄😇💙🍄😇💙🍄😇💙🍄😇💙🍄😇💙🍄😇💙🍄😇💙🍄😇💙🍄😇💙🍄😇💙🍄😇💙🍄😇💙🍄😇💙🍄😇
Your fancy sea creature dish reminded me of a venus fly trap!
Or an anemone. Also a splash in a pond with a sunset behind it.
Always a blast thrifting with you. I can't wait to do it again.
Aloha Scott! Thank you! Beautiful clock! Hope you have a good Independence Day! Please take care! Aloha
Happy Birthday America 🇺🇸

Hi Scott! I have a bowl very similar to the green "octopus" bowl. lol My friend bought it around 2000 in a shop, I think it was new at the time. I love it!
What a beautiful clock and a great find !!!
Amazing find. As always intersing and infomative. Happy 4th of July
The way that you lead up to this clock and gave the history so intricately, we knew you found something special. Amazing find Scott, Congratulations !
It amazes me that the clock was so cheap.I'd like a vlog of your reference books.Your presentations are so interesting.
I was looking at the Charlotte Rhead web site Scott. The opening pictures look very Viking in style. Her style changed alot between that and the plates.
You're so fun....I'd love to go thrifting with you. Amazing find on that clock! Hope it works.
Walls look nice Scott ...Happy Fourth of July...
Glad you showed up. Have a great 4th of July. Where's the ice tea????

Happy 4th of July Scott! 🎆
Complete awe...That Deco woman. You have been so very gifted for finding the most treasured pieces from the past.
I respect your view on humility Scott.♥️👍
I don’t know why Boston ferns always remind me of the “Our Gang” series 😁?
Congratulations 👏 great clock great find;)
Wow the key is still with it!! Your right about the skip! Love those colors on the bowel! Could be an artisan piece unsigned.
Yes!!!
Happy Independence Day Scott. Hope the hotdogs and hamburgers are good and not burnt.

When I saw that octopus thing I thought 😁you lose a bet.
Hi Scott🤗 I think the Federal tumbler is swell❤️🤍💙
Thanks Dot!
Very interesting, Scott. Thank you so much. I’m learning so much from your different presentations. Happy 4th..👍💕 🇺🇸
Fun video, Fabulous find on that clock! Could that Bowlby Canadian Chalet glass? I am eating patriotically also, tuna noodle casserole and lime Jell-O with crushed pineapple. I don't think either are eaten anywhere else in the world! You know, sometimes I think I would watch your videos just for your silly intros and Salem's sign-offs. Happy Independence Day!
😊😊😊
I think you might be right! Canadian Chalet Glass!
Thank you Scott, always a joy. Happy 4th of July 🇱🇷
i wish i had 2 like buttons. Wish we had a storm every day. In Nebraska, if we have a storm its usually at night so we cant enjoy it
Scott Wow that clock is in amazing condition considering its age. All I could think of when you first held up the tentacle dish was its from the Little Shop of Horrors, lol. But it actually looks like a flower. Great haul. I wish you a safe and happy 4th of July. Still waiting to hear about the chair❤❤
Great video ilovet thanks for sharing.
Great finds! Happy 4th!!!
Happy 4th of July, Scott! 🇺🇸🎆🎇🧨
Have fun, and be safe!
Exceptionally neat find, Scott! I love old clocks!
Happy Fourth of July Scott !!!!
I’m Canadian, pretty sure the glass is chalet😊
You're so funny! It's all good!
Very interesting video! I just purchased three heavy brass finales. I thought one was missing for a four poster bed....derp...it was for a Grandfather clock! Luv the look. Be display pieces. Wanted to buy ...a beautiful pink depression consol, candle sticks n the amazing modest woman for the bowl. Gold filigree n frog.
Such an enchanting figure of a woman like in your video!!
Thank you!😁
Great find
I thought you'd said Wine punch.Rewatching the clip,Hawian Punch...got it.
am far from you. i watch u on Jul 7. it was snowing. i love it
That incredible white ceramic lady/vase; price was???
Just shy of $300
Happy 4th. God Bless❣️❣️❣️
Have a fun and safe July 4th celebration! 🧨 🎆 💣 🇺🇸
How about a nice Hawaiian punch?
That clock was a great find, especially in original condition.
Our town had it's 144th Saint's Roost Celebration today. A kiddie parade, a regular parade, an old settlers reunion, barbeque on the courthouse Square, and a wild tortoise race. The rodeo is just about over, and people are shooting off fireworks all around us.
Where was the Pa. antique shop??
In Adamstown
"Old Clock Cologne" Mmmmm.......
We will have to contact,Jo Malone,Jean Paul Gautier
The scary octopus like glass bowl looks Czech to me because of the form and the colors. Some of the Czech glass houses made a lot of green and orange glass pieces with that kind of design. Tell the poor pink depression glass pieces they are safe...it is probably just a Chribska glass piece. Chribska always have very polished bottoms. Not saying it is a Josef Hospodka Design, but it could be.
Do you think it wasn't used much,as its condition is so good.
I see the mesh lamp shade is back on.
Hi Scott, I think the number is 0159, not 0179. Research is giving me conflicting Kolorkraft dates of 1929 and 1930.
Our Good Wills want more than that you a half burned down candle
How much is the tax on thrift store items? In the UK the price is included.
Cost of pretty but weird glass dish??
I think I paid about $6
😂😂😂😂the whats it worth.😂😂😂
What was in the punch?
Yeah another old curiosity shop🤑 Scott how can I contact I assure you I’m not a stalker been trying to get in touch with you to donate a vintage 1968 Sunbeam mixer with all the accoutrements in pristine condition to sell on your eBay site with the proceeds going to your favorite charity I live 20 minutes outside of Philadelphia I could meet you halfway in a public place thanks again your biggest Delco fan
150 years of oxidation? Looks pretty good for being so old.
