Niceee bro. To be honest, these 3.7l engines are bulletproof so mileage shouldn’t scare you too much! I would say go 2012+ as that’s when the gallery gasket was updated, but even the older years with that issue, it’s not super common so I wouldn’t worry about it too much. I bought mine with 102k miles back in 2021. The only thing I’d say is try to get one that you know has never been tuned and as stock as possible. You don’t wanna buy someone else’s headache.
I use a canon m50 for my camera with the stock kit lens but I’m thinking of upgrading soon to a Sony

I power wash my engine bay once a month 😂 you ain’t going to do damage if you do a quick job. Degrease/soap then wash with water. Car washes make it easy
