Hey, you made it this far! Thank you for watching, make sure to come back & say hi before you leave... its not safe to go alone... Игры
If Inarius holds true to his vow of never striking Lilith down or allowing another to do so, then it sounds like in Diablo IV we're going to have to go through Inarius to get to Lilith. Definitely looking forward to that.
Or Inarius is Expansion material , i kinda want that more .
I certainly do want to fight another Angel.
Did you not pay attention to the end? He foregoes that promise. He attacks her in the cinematic 😂
@@freezax4 Then the camera switches and you see how "the spear pierces through Tyrael. Then Lillith looks at Inarius with a smirk as she walks up to Tyrael to antagonize him and slowly torture him to death and says "This is how an angel should die" while she rips his wings off. Could be a cinematic trick to make you think Inarius is killing Lillith but instead its some one behind her, in my scenario it's Tyrael.
@@johanl1ndahl yeah can make up a lot of shit. Still don’t mean that is what happened
I think Inarius is the Villain of D4, if you were given up by the Angrius Council and tortured for centuries by Mephisto your mind would be broken. He most likely wants to destroy everyone.
Yeah. I don’t think he would side with the angels after that.
I mean he IS the one that wanted all the Nephalem killed whereas Lilith wanted to protect albeit also use her children.
@K1LL4Cam so why we fighting our mum?
@@lakzerk2344 Because the Angiris council feared man (nephalem) since their power was greater than angel or demon, and used subterfuge through religion and the powers of the worldstone to dilute the powers, and convince men to fight for angels while also making them forget their orgins. The plot's been lost.
@K1LL4Cam that doesn't answer me though, why would we fight lilith she didn't do that stuff ?
Your telling of these Diablo stories is legendary!
How about mine?
@@godhimself532 You made the devil too real :(
I am that fast.
Inarius’ reveal in the trailer is one of the greatest scenes put to gaming. So bad ass.
Yeah. Him chasing and charging after Lilith right into that demon army and not giving a damn about them was so fucking badass! True power!
100%. Could be greatest trailer ever; to even think it may top Lilith's is unreal...
Every game release i get so excited for the cinematic. That is the one thing I can always count on with Blizzard. Amazing cinematics. And they definitely delivered
@@aliyadame6384 So true. Lousy as they may be, those cinematics are just golden.
@@kevinxiuzhini i will say this, from playing both betas i am impressed by game play for sure! Definitely not D3. The story seems to have so much depth u like the last game. I am so excited to learn about it all in June. Its a nice surprise.
I feel like Inarius is the big bad here, and Lilith is the necessary evil summoned back to Sanctuary to stand against him. It seems like they've done something to him in hell, which made him more domineering, aggressive and powerful than usual, to a degree that'd probably make Imperius think "ok, that's a bit too intense for my standards ". Probably another Mephisto master plan put in motion ages ago when he's first asked the angiris council to deliver the rogue angel to him. I think Inarius will be the one who's gonna be banished to the void this time around.
Actually there are lores that say Lilith has plan to raise a nephalem army in purpose of destroying both Heaven and Hell.
Nah, Lilith some maiden to be protected lol. Not to mention he kept his promise, he doesn't have to do it again
@@pnh9399 Why wouldn't you when all Heaven and Hell do is kill each other forever
I like this theory!
By him going to the void it might create a chance for the prime evils to return. It would set up easily 3+ more diablo games if they stretch out the prime evils and allow them to return with new powers/bodies.
Man I love Deckard Cains voice actor. He does such a good job.
Michael Gough is amazing :)
some random butterfly ended his career tho
The dude who voices inarius and says “lillith” at the beginning of the video is the supreme champion
*did* :/
Coming back after Beta, if Inarius was Released, the dark implications behind it would be terrifying
The Diablo videos you make, are my faves on this channel. And you're my favourite Diablo content creatore BY FAR. :D So good. :P I hope we will start getting Diablo videos here much more frequently again!
Yay! A new Dark LORE Dash video on Diablo! Welcome back!
Am I dreaming? A new Diablo lore video, what a beautiful Christmas gift!
This video hyped me even more for Dialo 4, on par with latest trailer, awesome job! 🤗
I've been binge watching your older videos waiting for you to drop some juicy icor lore. Thank you!
Really well made video. Nice refresher ahead of D4 👏
Finally some Diablo content and is D4 as well , after all the info we got and the amazing new cinematic , i was wandering when were you going to make more .
Amazing video! & nice artwork. Wish we didn’t all have to wait till June for the release of Diablo 4 :( 🌹✨
very good.... just very good what you did.... to long of a gap these games been... but im happy somone is keeping track.. Thank you Mr DLD...
Inarius is now my favorite, he just wanted piece, and risked to pay the price. Never noticed the voice memo in D3 - thank you
So nice. Some day this will be part of a 6 hour Diablo IV audiobook!
Hey Rhykker, this is folks!
If they ever make a Diablo live-action movie. They need to have you as the Narrator of the film or play one of the Crusaders like in your play-through.
Partner with Rhykker aka Deckard Cain's see descendant. Both have awesome voices.
Dude no doubt. He has an amazing narration voice
Thank you! I would be happy with being the first villager killed by the Butchers fetid cleaver
They should hire him to voice act the last living descendant of Cain and take over as in game narration and identifier. Absolutely.
It'll never happen
Malthael is my favorite angel in the series. Angel of death dudes so mystical n mysterious. I also love how he fights. Even in the lil animated film thing dude just deflects the weapons thrown at him. He a straight thug yo
"No one can stop...Death."
Love that video. One of the more badass introductions of a villain. The scythe cutting those rods so fast they are super heated by the friction caused by swing speed....oh hell yes. Him teasing Tyrael by sucking his soul out of him before just tossing him aside.
@@kevinyoung5728 he’s the GOAT!!!! My fav character n tbh. He was probably right to want the world stone. If that other angel was able to do all that. Imagine the angel of death amped up now.
Glad you're back on Diablo lore ..
One thing always wanted in Diablo, items, weapons and armor to be so rarer and random that everybody at high end builds could be completely different and random...
They would just grind longer
thanx, needed this recap to connect all together...
My pleasure!
I just remembered where i’ve heard this name before, there’s a necromancer armor set in diablo 3 named after him
Why hasn't this entire series been made into a movie yet? 🤷🏼♂ 👀 They're literally sitting on a gold mine with this lore.
How much does it will cost with this type of animation quality? Which we saw in the trailer
@@golik133 about a million per minute
@@golik133
Avatar 2: The way of Water had a budget of $250 million (USD). So about the same if they'll make a Diablo movie.
It’s tricky to cover such a large timeframe in a movie. You’d have to pick a single moment to cover, perhaps culminating in Inarius’ fall into Hell
Dude, well done!
Mate, this is a great video! GG!
Really GOOD Job!
Interesting story, great video!
Back to Diablo let’s goooo
Thanks for straitening out the story line for me.
My pleasure!
I don’t know how many times I’ve watched the trailer can’t wait for full game movie
I love the backstory and lore of games never heard of this games
Omg omg so excited already pre ordered the game :)
That trailer bruh, so epic!
So he's basically a Divorced Dad out for revenge against his Ex-Wife. That's the cold open to High on Life...😆
I'm just getting back in to Diablo and am starting to learn the lore going up to 4. Is it wrong that I'm rooting for Lilith?
When was the last time you released something about Diablo? Not gonna lie. I've been waiting for a Diablo related topic with you as the narrator for a while now.
how can inarius have wings...when they have been torn off and he has been brutalized/?
May have been mephisto plan to let loose inarius to kill Lilith since Lilith wanted to absorb and kill the lord of hatred himself, he is a master manipulator
Awesome!
A divergence
The status quo always changes eventually
He was the spark that changes
The formation of Chaos
Ralph Ineson's voice is just so good
I have no knowledge about diablo i always been a wow player but this got me very excited years are passing 2000s gamers are getting old
These 2.5 D games are perfect for me
I thought your artwork was official Blizzard stuff since it looked really good. Nicely done man.
12 days booked off in June..... the marathon will be epic 💪hordes of demons shall fall 👿
I found a little spelling mistake @Dark LORE Dash. At 0:50 you spelled Internal Conflict even though it is the Eternal Conflict right? Otherwise great video as always.
I have changed now I fight with peace & sunhine in the invisible storm ☀️
Yes, what we need is another crazy angel that has gone insane. Way to really get creative, Blizzard.
That trailer was sick asf
It was very sad that Inraius didn't get some kind of redemtion in the end...
Can’t wait until you do Diablo 4 and sanctuary
Really wish they’d put this into a live action film
That too much to ask fo this to be a life action movie. Neither as animation movie. Beside there's no any today movie industries can be trustful enough to bring this game story to be as good like the game. It would be end up become another human focus drama and changed Lore far from the main source, just like any game and novel adaptation story.
Did you do High Heavens before? I hope it's not that way, Lilith me 😁
Umpfh thank you for such incredible recap and summary 😇
They should've made 2 more classes, or a single class... The holy/the fallen. Where your character can either develop into an angelic being or a demonic one. Would have some more difficult aspects of its character, possibly a built in handicap like perma death (or something similar) so only certain players can play as this character.
Edit: or possibly make it an additional part of every characters development, you can choose to transcend to the angelic/demonic. A "god" tier so to speak. I think the potential behind this concept could really add an excellent end game dynamic and very satisfying pvm/pvp
It kinda makes sense... Diablo lore is based off of humans doing great deeds because another human did something stupid or evil. Corruption of the spirit. It does set up the Next step in Diablo lore to be humans fighting both heaven and hell, something that both feared.
I still hope, you will be able to choose a path - Angelic / Demon, to follow whatever way you want (Similar to W40k Martyr)
So that everyone will play that class instead of others. It's unbalance for me
But isn’t that already what the playable characters are? I was always under the impression both heaven and hell are scared of our power and are both trying to convince us to join them. Basically whoever gets us on their side wins the war
@shgazda im thinking this is a thing. Something hints towards it in the beta
Inarius in d4 cutscene is major gigachad energy and those wings whoooooweeeee
Awesome video, one question though: how come he looks so..angelic if Mephisto did a number on him?
Maybe what we're seeing is flashbacks
Lore wise it seems that the high heveans and burning hells made a certain truce to watch the nephilim grow up and see what sides they choose to fight for. Factions like WoW would be neat and inventive and great aspect for pvp
nice video
Where is everyone getting this animated battle and deckard cain stuff from? I see it on so many lore videos.
man the gameplay of this diablo looks SIIIICK as hell and i know i will love to play it
says the Belmont who cannot stop playing his Diablo-like X-MEN LEGENDS 2 till this day
haha recommended from the heart for those who is been missing such great underrated Gem of gaming
well gave you the LIKE #71 Brother
Hey man , great to see you again , yea you may create your CV fantasy to some extend in this game , that's for sure .
Some D4 content again!
So I really wonder what role Diablo will have in all this. All previous 3 games showed that he was the master mind in the end. I suspect the same thing this time again as the title is his name.
Who was that face sticking his tongue out in the diablo 1 ending cinematic?
I'm excited for D4. But would it still be after the events of D3? We know from item lore excerpts that the "named" Nephalems are still alive like Valla. And the hero Nephalems are still the strongest beings in the series being able to take down both Prime Evil Diablo and Malthael with Black Soulstone. Inarius and Lilith knows their "children" holds the most power. So are we choosing another nephalem, if so, then wouldn't the players be known as strongest from the get go lorewise?
Dude ur voice is top tier
Where did the artwork and animation for this video come from?
I actually really liked the beta and the graphics are crazy compared to the others
Without spoilers, most of the top comments here are wrong. But the Inarius / Lilith story is great in Diablo 4. You will love it.
No it’s not. It’s trash
excellent reading off the wiki
Dash, how are you selling Diablo IV posters?
What fall of Inarius? He simple was the first angel to look beyond the heart of a demon, he is the one that spoke with Lilith, joined her, fall in love for her and their sons are *us* the Nephelem the combination of angel and demon.
bro, could told me name of this track in background? at 11:28?
The imagery is crazy. What was that picture with Lilith on the background with a girl apparently singing on a smokey stage?
halsey performing her song "lilith" at games award 2022
Sorry I only play video games on my cellphone.
You should put those poster on displate they would sell like hot cakes amazing work
Inarius and Lilith had a son named Linarian but he now has a new name Rathma the name his mentor gave him Trang oul the great fiery leviathan
He was one of the first nephalem
Where can I watch this footage!?❤
Finally, back to the evil goodness!
Inarius looks pretty good for a guy who was ripped with hooks and chains and his eyelids torn off.
The biggest question I have is, where is the one and only necromancer?
when Inarius throws the spear towards Lilith... her expression seems so sad to me.
How can that be Inarius in the trailer when he is imprisoned by Mephisto and had his wings torn from his form.
So can anyone explain how he escaped/ looks like nothing harmed him?(new to the lore here so im trying to make sense of things! Thank you!!)
dude, i never get tired of your shit. if you ever wanna collab, lemme know
Hmm, Tyrael screwed up by not listening to Inarius' advice. An endless war is just stupid?
there's a lot more to it.. there was one being at the beginning of time and he took everything evil and casted it away and it formed some 5 headed dragon. In the end both good and evil defeated one another and their corpses became heaven and hell. 5 headed dragon = 5 evils and his ?spine? became the high heavens. When an angel or demon dies they respawn so there's a fixed amount of both angels and demons. something like that...
Question, did you write the Diablo Wiki article on this? Their article has what you said down to the letter as the story of Inarius.
No. I took it from the article bit changed some around. Shouldn't be verbatim unless I missed some 🤔
wondering if inarius respawned as justice.. that or the dude definitely dropped $50k in diablo immortal to get fully geared with transmogs..
That’s what I think too but then his memory would be wiped and he knew about Lilith/was seeking her out in the trailer
I’m really surprised there isn’t a movie yet live action or animation.
I believe there's some kind of Netflix deal? Or perhaps it was in talks
Really wouldve enjoyed a crusader or knight/ tank class in diablo4 ill stick with barbarian and rogue but it just feels like a tanky/healer/support class is missing
It'll come, I dare say Necro mage and rogue will all have healing capabilities
Question everyone : can we pick sides once we start the game ??
And I am still playing ORIGINAL Diablo 2 ( version 1.14d )...
Still entertaining and satisfactory... 😏
Ok, so the only issue for me is that if angels are made of sound and light in the Diablo universe (which they are), how can Inarius be disfigured? I never understood how this came to be unless it's a metaphor as in "marked as a betrayer"
He was written as disfigured in the Diablo 1 manual. They seemingly retconned a lot that had happened (tearing off wings & having eyelids removed, etc) however, seeing Tyrael become a man, he seems to hold a shape under his robes. Perhaps we do not usually view an angels form. Perhaps its dodgy writing. I am a tad dissapointed though!
Let us not also forget that Tyrael, when he fell from grace, became a mortal. And I think, are the angels humans with fancy cosmetics?
@@DarkLOREDash A bunch of things changed with the lore after D1 that for sure , but seeing how if your wings are removed you can take a human form , in fact maybe even without that since Inarius had a human form he could take when he was going around as the Prophet.
So most likely he was in this human form when he was being tortured , it makes perfect sense.
@@mushroommagic1697 Not really , they can take on human forms that's for sure .
They can take on human forms , if they really want to .
I haven't played any diablo games, but INARIUS torture reminds me of TERRORBLADE.
Where can I watch the anime you have in this video?
Here: ruclips.net/video/LEAPxgMCEA8/видео.html
If Demon wanted to recruit humans to fight against the angels, they chose a very poor method of doing that....
Blizzard are the Supreme leaders in cinematics.
Wouldn't it be crazy if we actually got to choose who we follow in the end? Inarius or Lilith? Or perhaps Lilith isn't even the villain but Inarius is
I'd love a spot of RPG choice
I kinda wish they would kinda do a faction join the high heveans or burning hells kinda like wow or starcraft ya know? Would make more sense for pvp
NEVER trust a succubi specially a Queen LOL
This gives me massive Darksiders 2 vibes js.
Inarius AKA "Is that Tyrael?"
Daddy's home.... and he's PISSED!
What a story but who will win
