Jim Carrey is an egotistical narcissist and the best example of this is watching the behind the scenes of the Andy Kaufman biopic, Man on the Moon. He actually claims to channel Andy Kaufman and has Andy's real life daughter talk to him AS IF HE WERE ACTUALLY ANDY and says that he made her feel so much better. But at the same time, every time he is an asshole to the cast and crew, oh that was the ghost of Tony Clifton possessing him. So yeah, if it was a good thing, that was Jim acting. If it was a bad thing, he was just embodying the spirit of Andy.

jim carrey really is one of a kind. like asmond said, hes such a cartoon that he just can't be replaced. he was like a real life cartoon. i first watched him on in livin color and i loved him lol. i will say this though, he's better at kids comedy than adult comedy because he's so cartoony. i rewatched ace ventura 2 recently and i remember it being funny but now its not as funny, it just seems more annoying. still love him and robin though. they were my childhood after all.
like the rhino part in ace ventura 2 is a scene i think about atleast once a month lol. that part is still one of the funniest things i saw in my life. best part of that for me was the end when the kids saw it and didn't know wtf was going on but i knew wtf was going on even as a kid.

@@SuicidalBabyTTV Still is. The issue is that the past 10ish years movies have gone downhill. We don't get movies like Ace Ventura anymore. Nowadays(especially 2022-2023 onwards) we get like 60% woke crap, 35% movies that cater to what they think people want(which often times sucks) and 5% of actually good movies that don't try to cater to mainstream or woke and just follow the story they want to tell.
It's hard to find a suitable role for someone like him.
This is of course just my opinion. Others might not like him, even though what's there not to like? He hasn't really played in any movies recently and in the few he did play he killed it. He was great in Sonic which was trash overall. He killed in The Bad Batch where most people didn't even figure out it's him until after the movie.
He needs to watch the others like Austin Powers in Mass Effect

I think Asmon would enjoy Cyberpunk more if he didn't play it on the hardest difficulty on his first playthrough. I know he already seemed to enjoy parts of it, but he definitely got frustrated in combat. There's nothing wrong with normal, or the difficulty just above normal for a first playthrough (I know he likes playing games on hard)
He would have found another excuse to stop playing. Asmon is not the type of gamer who enjoys the kind of deep, mentally stimulating, cerebral experience that CP2077 has to offer. He enjoys games that mesh well with his usual type of content: loud, dumb, high-octane, and fast-paced.
He despises puzzles and any element of a game that takes him out of the action or requires him to use even the smallest degree of mental effort. There was no way he was going to make it to the end of Cyberpunk 2077 and anyone who paid attention to how loudly he complained during the legwork segments of the hotel job could tell that. And even if he did it's highly unlikely he would have appreciated the experience on the same level as most of the game's fanbase does.
And there's nothing wrong with that. We all have our game preferences. And Asmon's preferences do not include a game like Cyberpunk.
It's not about difficult settings or puzzles , but attention span . When commenting on other games , especially JRPGs he pretty much admitted he ain't into single player narratives . He ain't into cutscenes , wall of texts , quest plotlines , unless it involves something he fell in love with like Wow .... he is supposedly all about gameplay . Thats why souls game are pretty much the only singleplayer games truly grabbing his interest

Many people started playing WoW , because of the Warcraft 3 lore and storylines (especially Arthas) , and overall the Warcraft universe . Some also left the game because not enthusiasts about the direction those elements took .
Honestly, Jim Carrey could never be replaced. Its impossible, from In Living Color, to ace ventura, to batman, to dumb and dumber, to grinch, to yes man, to sonic the hedgehog...

I just found Asmongold through Cyberpunk and thought he will finish it since he said that himself and his reactions and thoughts about it were nice to see. Sadly he seems to be another streamer who doesn't care about his words, despite having a good view on some things and how to approach them.
