Thank you so much Shel for making this video. Your technique is one of the most effective effects I’ve seen for imitating a glass bottle. I saved the video to refer back to in the future. I really appreciate your time and help. Have a wonderful day.
It was my pleasure! I am glad I managed to get round to your request...thank you for suggesting it! 🤗💗 Thanks for taking the time to watch and hopefully you found some ideas to use 🤩💗 Have a lovely evening!
Having watched and learned so much from your Distressed Ink video just before I watched this one now, I have learned so much from you in this Video, too, just by looking and listening carefully. Thanks so much. Lynn in NYC
I am looking forward to coloring some glass bottles with the technique you taught here. This bottle looks beautiful and I love the distressed ink background. I will search for the video on how to do this background. Thank you for sharing your technique.
Thank you. Very helpful, easy to watch again. I even have the book. I like the green too. But I will choose other colors. I will watch more as my dilemmas continue. Smiles 😊
Thank you so much for making this!!!! So helpful! Ive avoided bottles that I’ve really wanted to color.. now im excited! Your work with the glass bottles is beautiful and perfect 💚
Welcome and thank you for subbing 🤗💗 glad you found me! Sure....I had got a small set of the ADs to use before I had any polys, and I got them to use as watercolour pencils. However, I discovered I loved using them dry too. I then tried out the polys with a few stock pencils and realised that they did not add anything different for me. I also found that the ADs felt slightly softer to me than the polys and as the pencil colours are exactly the same for both sets, I didn't think Polys added anything to the party for me. I love the diversity of being able to use the ADs activated and using them dry and getting brilliant results when I use them either way. Hope this makes sense 😂💗

New subscriber here! I have been binging your videos. If I may, why do you use the Faber Castell AB dry instead of polychromos or other pencils?
