  • Enjoy listening to a remastered version of the song Whale of a Tale from the 1954 Disney Film 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea! The song was performed by Kirk Douglass with harmony choir coming from the crew! Please do note that the instrumentals used in this version were not taken from the film they were actually taken from a song released by Walt Disney Records called 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea Medley which was a compilation of instrumental pieces and songs from the film remastered and used for Disneyland’s Submarine soundtrack which was used in 1959 which was the year both the Matterhorn Bobsleds and the Disneyland Alweg Monorail system opened as well! This is my personal remastered version of the song using Walt Disney Record’s instrumental version of Whale of a Tale and Kirk Douglass’ and crew’s vocals! I’ll provide links here if you want to hear the individual tracks;

20,000 Leagues Under the Sea - Whale of a Tale (Film Version): • A Whale of a Tale
    This song is stereo ONLY!
All rights of the song and music belong to the Walt Disney CO. & Studio along with a shout out to artist Kirk Douglass!!!

I made two more verses for this song:
    There was Tsu-na-mi Sue
Met her off the coast of Japan
    She could make you
Leave the sea, and ask for her hand
    Once she gave me
some clothes I had to wear 'em
Well blow me down and pick me up
    She had her own Harem
    There was Poop Deck Paula
    Emerald eyes and Raven Tresses
    Made you holla'
    Curvy hips and fancy dresses
    Don't get too close
Of that I have no doubt
'Cause she's a "he" and don't ask me
    How I found that out.
