Oh my dear sweet FEATHERINE! This is BEAUTIFUL! The quality is a bit shaky here and there, but the SPIRIT of the song is there and the lyrics don't deviate at all from the meaning of the original, and that is all I need to say F***ING SAVED!

i love this english fandub and higurashi. the first season was sooo confusing, but as i kept watching it made sense in the second season. i'm currently on season 3 (rei).
So, from the beginning until about 1:02 when they start singing, there seems to be someone either just making noises or saying something in the background. If those are indeed words being said, does anyone know what?
@Hayatehiroyuki25 yeah i saw it on wikipedia when i was on the lists of episodes (wanted an idea what the episodes might be about before i watch them). i heard that a new episode will be released on january 25 next year

Fabulous, finally some comment on the voices! Elaborate! Please! PM me! Where does it sound off!?! Who sounds bad? Why? Is it the singing or the CVs? This is easy to fix for most of the actors. Also, I should note; the likely reason this is is that a couple of the singers didn't really know the lyrics, and two hated singing of any form, and the three that could sing had no practice doing so in CV. Yeah.. if I was to redo this now, it would be much better.
As far as I know, Falcen's only been in Akasakaism's productions (not all of which are on RUclips...) However, I don't monitor all of my friends' activities, so it's possible.
*I should note: I am currently remixing this. Rena and Hanyuu re-recorded. Keiichi is autotuned. Stuff is generally synced better. Should be done relatively soon.

Falcen does not like to sing. He had a lot of trouble hitting the right notes, and I tried to hide it under the higher pitches of Rena and Satoshi. I may redo most of the mixing and a couple of the voices, but Keiichi is not one of those things... I don't want to put him through that again.
Challenge accepted! JK... Actually, I'm too cheap to buy the official software. But it's a trivial matter to make a midi voice patch. I could theoretically make a home-made Engloid version, but unless I trip and fall into a gold-mine on the quad, I'll leave the Vocaloids to someone else >.

In the original japanese, Keiichi didn't even sing that good anyway. xD; Mion, it's a bit too deep, but it stills fits. Satoshi's voice is likable too. However, Rika's and Hanyuu's voice don't exactly fit. They sound a bit older. All in all, I give this 8.5 out of 10. I think you put a lot of effort into it. (:
You could try using UTAUs instead of Vocaloids, they're free and you can et amazing ones like Namine Ritsu an Kasane Teto just search them on RUclips!! :D

Well, the Falken does not seem to be putting enough spirit into it, The pitch seems off in some areas as in it is often too high for the female vocals. The one who does Satako seems to sing well, but her voice acting at the end seems wrong. And I get a very cheesy vibe off the end part but that is fine for the most part. The chorus would sound a lot more epic if they were actually all singing. It sounds like some are slacking off at the part where everyone should be singing.
I have only one complaint: Keiichi's voice. It just didn't sound right and bothered me when ever he sang. Other than that I think every thing else is great
