It would need to have the same feeling though. While I definitely agree that both her skills and her equipment are better, I feel like a song like this would be rather difficult to redo. Of course, I do think it would be amazing if she did.

Im not gonna lie, I'm a guy and this anime made me cry like a little baby. Watching this just makes all the feels come back. I failed at not crying while listening to this. There is a 14th episode, but its not after the events of 13.
I did some looking and there is a 14th episode that is after everyone leaves, but Otonashi just stays in the afterlife to help other people move on. It was a DVD exclusive short.

Angel beats is one of those anime where you get so involved in its story line and with its characters that when the last episode comes you get so sad cuz all the people in it are so funny and they all are so nice that you don't want to see them leave.

Their story and this song made me cry so hard - i haven't cried that hard in a long time. As much as this show is sad it's therapeutic - when i watched it i really needed the story. I freaking cried at the beginning when he died right before they got saved...the injustice of it killed me. I watched angel beats yesterday and I started crying...THAT ANIME IS SO EMOTIONAL!
Even after all these years i can't help but cry when I listen to this song, love this cover so much!

This is making me cry so much. I watched angel betas when I was like 12 and it made me cry so much. That was about 6 years ago now. I decided to re-watch it a bit and I got to this episode and started crying cause this part got me the most and the song made me cry as I remembered everything. i sung this English cover of the song all the time and hearing it again is making me cry so much. I have no idea how so much time has passed and this song made me realize that.
To Ms. Amalee, we humbly request a remastered version of this song. This song was actually means a lot to me. This was the last song that my now gone sister-like friend of mine that I heard she covered. She had a leukaemia that time. And this is the last song she sang to me after she watched Angel beats. Vincent V Well, I'm not saying Angel Beats is THE saddest, just one of them. I'd say they include AnoHana, Clannad After Story, Angel Beats, Kanon, and to a lesser degree Wolf Children, Air, Code Geass, and Fairy Tail.
