Probably because Tasty has been around a lot longer and produces far more content, which gets picked up by the algorythm. I mean tasty has some great producers and shows too, but most of theur vids are short impersonal recioe videos.

I have made it my personal mission in life to tell as many people about this channel. So everyone I've shared it with LOVES it more than Tasty.
I also think they serve different purposes. BA is for people who are passionate about food and cooking. Tasty provides a quick, generally easy recipe for beginners and is less personal.

I think another important part of this video is to showcase how producer work behind the scenes, how they lead the whole conversation and bring topic up, to make sure everything is on track. Kinda like teacher's role in school projects. So thank you Rhoda!
Making Perfect is honestly such a good show it makes me want it to be some sort of Netflix special cause it's just these 6 personalities that clash and WORKS they're like FRIENDS but instead of Central Perk it's the BA test kitchen and instead of shenanigans its food

Request for the next season of Making Perfect: Burgers. Can be broken into meat, buns, toppings, condiments, cheese, cooking method. Simple and mainstream like pizza, but so many variations out there to choose from.

I feel like this is a new type of ASMR. It’s not ASMR, but it has that same relaxing quality. I could fall asleep to a not-too-serious 50-minute conversation.
There is something nice about people thinking out loud together. It really puts the world at peice in that meditation way. For about 50 minutes lol

My top two are BA and America's Test Kitchen.
I’m so happy we have this BA video archive of this wonderful crew. I really loved watching them and just get sad it’s no longer. I just loved their dynamic together, personalities, humor and passion for food.

This makes the show so personal, especially with the swearing.
I already loved Bon Appétit and the gang, but ohmygosh the simple fact that they have implemented a video that was exactly what so many people asked for earns them so much more respect from me. I loooove their videos and am not saying they should change what they're doing one bit, I just love that this just proves they do read the comments and they do listen to what we ask and I couldnt appreciate them more ❤
You guysssss! I love watching and listening to you talking pizza! I ran a pizza shop for quite a while and we had so much discussion with “connoisseurs”about what they like, what they want and it always came back to “this is what we do” you want thick crust? I can put two together but you won’t like it. The oven is upwards of 500 degrees.....Jeeze! I always told customers who bought single slices that if they got the bubbles it was good luck!
