The beers and the stories flowed on stage in front of a packed house at Blake Shelton's bar and music venue. NASCAR Hall of Famer Darrell Waltrip joins Davis and Earnhardt to share tall tales and loads of laughs.

This show is about the only exciting thing about Nascar today. Jr needs to get Cale, DW, Bobby and Donnie Allison, The King, Ned Jarrett, Ken Squire and Harry Gant in the same room with him and Mike Davis and talk about the good old days!

My father passed away in 1974 October 10th and I found out later that you were born on that day!! Two awesome people who made the best of life, rest in Peace dad and Dale. I been a fan for your father since the first time I saw him racing in Winston Cup Nascar Series.

Hope it's goin good and you're buildin up to a career in racin... man if I could go back in time I definitely would have tried harder earlier in life... got into dirt track for a couple years with a good friend but we never could get traction to go anywhere with it... not enough money so the cards just weren't right for me...

@@harrismustang2813 well whatever you decide you got my best wishes! I'd say look around the inter webs, there's tons of stuff for everyone, like I'm going to kart with a friend in a few days, but there's also stuff like champ/chump racing, Lemons, a bunch of arrive and drives, etc so go wild!

The Fairgrounds is the best track ever. I praise Dale Jr,, he has been a huge ally ( no pun intended) for the Nashville Fairgrounds.
It’s not the best track ever. It’s a good track but it’s not the best ever.
This is fun right here! First off, let it be known: there wasn't an old-school lifelong nascar race fan who loved Dale Earnhardt any more than I did........but with that being said, let me tell ya something: there were legions of fans who absolutely despised him. I can't remember which race, but I know it was a small track, where Dale Sr ( this was long before Junior started racing in cup or Busch ) had wrecked into the wall in one of the turns, and his car was so badly damaged, it was stuck there against the wall, with Dale still sitting in it. And literally dozens of Dale haters rushed up to the fence to throw beer, and many of them were even pissing on his car, with Dale still in it. True story. But much later in his career, a lot of those haters did start to respect him. Most of them cheered when he finally won the Daytona 500, and I do believe everyone felt horrible about losing him on that tragic day.
These grown adults are more worried about getting a good picture to post on their social media than sitting there and enjoying the show like a normal person.

Jr, you are the man. iv watched ALOT of your podcasts. your one of the most genuine down to earth persons on the planet. Keep doing what your doing, your not wrong, the people follow you and always have. you keep nascar strong and you help us learn the history through your podcasts. i have learned ALOT from your podcasts. And no, its not your dad that has created THIS legacy,... its YOU!
iv also watched all your episodes of Lost Speedways. my favorite was the dirt track "jungle park"... the story really,... hit me. it means something to me. and i would never have this experience if it wasnt for you. (or atleast tried to imagine the experience, listening to you and the driver that used to race there.... i watched it on your Jr's Dirty Mo podcast (almost all of them). I'v learned so much from listening to it while i work during the days, respect what you drivers do more than i ever have. It's a great thing man. keep it up.

Off the cuff live interviews with D.W. and Q&A at Nashville that I did not know was going to happen was excellent 👏. An hour and a half went by so fast that I didn't even get up to pee and I really had to! Excellent video!

This might be the greatest thing ever. Never forget where the real fan base is. It’s not California or Nevada. It’s rural America. NASCAR chasing the wrong fan type has hurt the sport. We need to Go back to our roots and enjoy the people who really love this sport.

Hello everybody, I just wanted to say to y'all that as a racefan, I was REALLY HAPPY that JUNIOR was a part of the commentary broadcast at the Indy 500. Im an Australian, so I grew up on a diet of road racing, but after watching my first Indy 500 and hearing mythical references to the event, the entrants, and the circuit itself, I became an Indycar fan, rating its importance to my racefan well-being as highly as any other series. Anyway, I did my iRacing, I learnt about ovals, I even won a fixed-setup truck race at both the superspeedways ha! So...Nothin cooler than old racecar drivers. I love it.
Jr is lucky to have a great sister who always has his best interest in mind😎

Love the show! This is a fantastic idea! The Ask Jr segment shows why Nashville isn't the same city it was 10 or 15 years ago. Nobody is from there. That's why the fairgrounds has so much opposition, political environment changed, crime is way worse, etc..
