@anonymous-f2y2v If you knew anything, you'd know that was a model unit. If you knew anything, you'd know that you put a down on a unit with a request to remove the window at no extra cost. It's a design flaw that can be corrected. 1 unit and you have a conniption.. it's an easy fix before the day of ownership or move in day 🙄 jeez
Good video Norberis, very very reputable developer.. I've stayed in all of the Gardens.. Suite gardens, Pool Gardens, Beach Gardens.. the first unit he showed you they have a simple simular design that shows in pretty much all of thier units even down to the color which is a little disappointing but it's a nice unit. But at that price point probably makes sense to look for something a little cheaper but it's the location you paying for. In Cap Cana. The second unit in Wave Gardens i have a friend who owns there.
I find Cap Cana and the ritzy part of Punta Cana too sterile for my taste -- isn't that funny? 😆 I prefer Cortecito where there is still a bit of the real DR around me. Those fancy areas of Punta Cana are filling up with exactly the sort of people I want to get away from -- people trying to impress each other with their clothes and their cars and their jewelry. They can have it. I stopped playing that game when I turned 50 and realized life is too short to worry about what others think about you.🤫🙂
