I emailed you Nick (like you tell everyone to contact you) on 7th October when I arrived in Tuscany for 10 days. You didn’t bother to get back to me. Fortunately the two other agents I contacted got back to me straight away and I am considering one of their beautiful properties. Very disappointed that you couldn’t even bother to reply with some excuse.
Nice landscaping, inviting pool and lovely outdoor dining area. Assuming well water and septic? Is there any municipal services for this property? Garbage pick up perhaps? How is internet delivered to the property? Speed? Sorry Nick, but a property that has no AC should not be considered a “luxury home” …just my opinion. 🙂
