These are knockoffs of Regiment blades. Al Savittis design and patent.

Or is it the other way around because Colonel Blades has had these for years, at least 5 that I can think off where as I've never heard off Regiment Blades. You probably find that Regiment Blades is a licensed low budget copy off the Colonel Blades.
