Hey there Jean! This LG range has an indentation in the back, which allows for enough space between the range and the wall, meaning the outlet location shown in the video is accurate. More information about this can be found on page 17 of the owner's manual. If you need additional help installing the range, please feel free to reach out to us on social media at @LGUSSupport with your contact details and model number, and we'll be ready to help!
@@LGUSASupport Thanks for answering. The installation instructions for the LSIL63332FE range show a small area near the floor for the electrical connection. My concern is that there's only 2.5" depth. The surface mount outlet is 2.04" deep. I don't have the cord (it will come with the stove), but I'm concerned about whether there's enough room for the cord. I looked at the video, but it has a flush mount outlet in a different location, so it's referring to a different model stove. If the device with the cap will fit, should I mount it on it's side so the cord has room to bend? The receptacle is 4.75" tall and the opening is only 6". That doesn't leave much room for the cord to bend.
the video shows an outlet in a location that the installation instructions state is not the correct location. What IS the correct location???
