You remind me a lot about my Father he worked on heavy equipment since the young age of 16 when he had to quit school and earn a living for his family. There was nothing that he could not drive and he made do with what he had. He also would give the shirt off his back if it would help someone. Thank you for all that you do it means a lot to someone.
I really enjoy all your videos! The tow industry has gotten a bad rap in the past as just being out to extort money and take advantage of people. Thank you for helping to change that image. You guys seem to genuinely care about people and have the patience of a Saint! God Bless you!
Love those older T-Birds. My buddy bought a 1990 model that had the 5.0 HO v8 . It was turquois with chrome mag wheels. He paid like 1200 for it in 2000. Was his first car. We went cruising everywhere in that thing. It was such a good laid back cruising car. He crashed it of course and bought a 96 model with the 4.6 v8. It was nicer inside than the 90 but not nearly as good looking of a car.
I actually built some of those cabins in Cobbly Knob which is too far from the site at 27:02. Actually I helped build one of those cabins near where the truck got stuck. Ended up breaking my neck not long after that and haven't built any since. Miss making those homemade log houses.
I know you said gazebo on the clearing but I thought I might Ross you this idea concrete pad with open air pole barn on top. Gazebos are great but open sided pole barns give you way more coverage for parties with family and friends. Maybe for outdoor BBQs or Birthday parties. Or church socials. And concrete floor because no one likes muddy messes. You could still do a fire pit and gazebo but a large covered area is always a great idea. You could even put in an outdoor kitchen on one end. Just a thought.
Wow, very nice video, very interesting tasks in day time and I think your green area is cool, I also like your tiny machines. I think you all are in happy. I wish you a strong future.
Also, just from an old contractor/builder. Always keep your deck/porch railings on the inside of the major posts/4x4 /6x6. what ever you use. That way when people lean against them they won't give way easily.. HooAh?
I love Addie and Butters ! Hope someday I can get up your way to get some good petting and friendly licking with these beautiful family members ! HooAh !!
I would of taken a chain saw to the stump cut a sliver chunks of til it was below the air dam but thats what I would of done. But I do enjoy your videos
Another thing too is the county or the state needs to watch your videos and repair those roads man I wouldn't want to live up there yeah their cabins in the woods but look how narrow and look the drop offs and I wouldn't want to even have a cabin up there yeah it's beautiful but I wouldn't want to even drive up them roads what happens if a vehicle is coming down the hill or coming up a hill and you're trying to go down there or whatever who's got to try to pull off the road I don't even see where you can pull off unless you hit a driveway you know it's it's bad up in them hills
BLUE car with rear hanging down on the rear tiresl.Around 18:18, he did some damage to the bottom rear, in front of the rear tires he could have either raised the rear or put some boards infront of the rear tires so the car would have been raised and NOT dragged on the payment. JUST knows how to connect the tow truck to vehicles and causes.further damages..Would NEVER get him to rescue one of MY vehicles..
It had aftermarket Side skirts on that blue car that popped off when she backed into the ditch. We didn’t do any further damage and the skirting actually popped back on and with only minor scuffs on the underside. And the vehicles tires were just barely in the ditch so when pulled it immediately started coming up without boards. Thanks for watching!
Looks like you need retaining walls on both sides of your roads your driveways your pathways everything wherever you drive a lot of rain will make mudslides I'm from California I've seen it and I seen a lot of hills a lot of up and downs where you live it is beautiful but you got put a lot of retaining walls in
better to bay or rent a track dumper . A. you can take more volume with you per trip and B. they are built and calculated to transport such cargo over rough terrain. Sincerely Hollandduck from the Netherlands
19:20 Why would you drag that truck with the transmission in park? This situation would have easily allowed shifting into neutral which would have prevented any damage to the transmission. Remind me not to use your service!
@@brianwatson3705 no that's not accurate that truck does not have a electronic shift and if it did all vehicles that are equipped with that feature have a manual over ride for this reason and Incase the battery fails fyi
Instead of using concrete I'd use timber knock some cut some music chainsaw and catch some of them trees down and put them big old trees in there for retaining walls you probably hold up a long while not too long of a time but you know you can go more of a distance with them and you could with them concrete blocks that you've been buying I seen a video where you bought what a thousand pound concrete blocks with all that timbers around you I'd be cutting some of them babies down using them make you properly look good
Great idea! And I’m sure we will try some big ole trees out in one of our many needed spots. We just saw these blocks at the local concrete plant as we drove by and thought gosh I’d like to try those.
On the red FORD, why did he NOT place either boards or some sort of flat rocks under the driver front tires so when he pulled it back, it would LIFT it up over the BIG Stump. and avoid ANY damage to the air dam and other parts UNDER the truck..NOT TOO experienced, tow truck operator. Only knows how to PULL the vehicles out and thus causes additional DAMAGE to the vehicles...
The truck had slightly damaged the air dam when it hit going in. As you can see this is all down hill and no need for boards or rocks. As the truck comes back it instantly comes up and clears the stump. Also the stump was extremely rotted and just crumbled with no further damage. Stay tuned for more pulling videos!!
She would have just put 10 lbs of pressure and each of the front tires on that truck that was on the stump it would have rolled right off without damage
And I thought I was crazy I think Jeff is more crazier than I am try and get the dirt up there😂 love watching these videos

IfI ever need a tow truck, Jeff I hope that you are the one who comes to my rescue!!!! You are an extremely nice and friendly! Love your videos!!!
Thank you!!
Really cool recovery’s, I’m new to towing love watching others, helps me to learn. Thanks.

Great name for wrecker service 'Pigeon Tows'
Love watching the tow vids, but Family content is always welcome!
Loved Seeing The Property. Absolutely Beautiful.
I love that giggle 😊 you knew he would make it up 😅
The volume of water off the mountains is ginormous! Y'all ROCK!
You are one of the best tow truck drivers I've ever seen
Thank you Jimmy, I appreciate you!
Always amazes me how much damage water does. I love how green the areas are tho. We dont have a lot of green in AZ. LOL
Jeff, is there anything you can't drive! You handle that bucket like a pro!!!

Same, Always wanted to fine one with a 5 speed but they just aren't around

nice! Good job, as usual! Keep me in the loop for that dash cam, too!
You will have to show your pretty flowers when you get them in ❤
Gotta love the dodge MPL that's the back bone of our recovering
Good video! We always love coming up to gatlinburg and pegion forge
It is peaceful there that’s for sure
The red truck on the stump. This is where a chain saw would come in handy.

Tri cities here brother. Subbed
How many times has that man scared you and you prayer for his safety? You are one special lady and God has truly bless you. Take care beautiful lady.
IDK what kinda camera you're filming with.. But it picked up what sounded like a Steam locomotive Steam Whistle?? What a Cool sound! :)
It's a GoPro 9, and the train whistle is from Dollywood, about 2 miles away. Thanks for tagging along!
My buddy used to carry dishwashing liquid to help the tires slide on the sideways pulls.
East tn we have alot of red clay big fan of your videos
I really enjoy the watching you work and communicating with the customers. Please don't edit anything.
i didn't know that the bed raised. cool.
Your winch is tidy. Drivers are bad at driving. Here in Brazil I haven't seen a winch like yours.😎
I got a pair of Crocs just like them.
Why in the world is that person sitting in that blue car while you're pulling it out? What's the story behind that? Elderly? Handicap?
Should have done a walk around on that Polaris before you scratched the tail gate! 😂
I use to carry blocks of wood to use as ramps for under tires to raise car to clear stumps etc back when I drove a tow truck.
I would of taken a chain saw to the stump cut a sliver chunks of til it was below the air dam but thats what I would of done. But I do enjoy your videos
That other tow truck driver seemed to take it well! Where I am in Upstate NY it would have turned into a big pi$$ing match
Boys and their toys, what can we do with them?😂
I love Gatlinburg. One day I will retire there.
It's just a Kia, it will be ok
was it i can't drive Saturday?
he made that look easy getting that thing out of the hole, good job
Wow, very nice

Yes it’s usually vacationers that have never been on these roads, then they meet a local that’s going way to fast. 😳 Thanks for watching!
Driveway for the red truck is a fun one. Jumped that truck twice already
I thought is was going to be a winch Out with the Polaris 😢
I know 2yrs ago but WTF wa with the guy in 2 hats?
That poor Thunderbird 😢

Good job on the tow truck operator. Damage is to be expected due to the recklessness of the vehicle owner in the first place.
Thank you for understanding and tagging along!

Yes we constantly have to repair washed out roads, especially if the ditches get clogged it washes right over the roads. Thanks for tagging along!
@@EverythingAutos yikes you guys need jeeps or r bus to get thru..were those cars parked or u drove into the streams?
Nicely done was interesting to see how you motor cycles.
Heck just get on the front of it and hold the tiers down
It's a damn shame what they did to that Thunderbird. And I'm not talking about putting it in the ditch.
😲😲😲

customer jus want car out..gets 30min of bs 1st..great
When you get a lot of water this is the only way to drain your car.
19:20 Why would you drag that truck with the transmission in park? This situation would have easily allowed shifting into neutral which would have prevented any damage to the transmission. Remind me not to use your service!
Being a 2021 model, it probably has an electronic "shifter". In that case , it's not shifting without starting it.
@@brianwatson3705 no that's not accurate that truck does not have a electronic shift and if it did all vehicles that are equipped with that feature have a manual over ride for this reason and Incase the battery fails fyi
Nothing like having clay for dirt

Guard rails needed
Saw the stump down lol
Hope you told them they can't park there lmfao

Good looking truck bud and good work. dealing with the terrain u got going on down there I think your recovery work is awesome and keep it up.
Those that can, DO…. Those that can’t, Criticize this who CAN….
Need to get you a remote
DEAN SMITH STRIKES AGAIN
Double hats 🧢 uhh???? With crocks !! And a dude with a bird on his shoulder is weird.?? Smh
