To fill jars, I put it into a plastic gallon bag and snip off one of the bottom corners. I can also use the bag again and store the left over lotion in it until I need it again. I've tried the way you did it this day, but I found it too messy for me. When I have accomplished the recipe and jarred it, I don't want a large clean up. I love your videos and you give me inspiration to keep going!
I haven't been able to justify getting a lotion pump thing yet either. But I use a ziploc bag when doing my lotions because I only make a few at a time. It works wonders! I do the same thing with my body butters. Acts as a piping bag.
❤❤❤ I have never used xanthan gum in a bubble whip base. What does it bring to the formulation? I have also been looking at fillers but decided to get a homogenizer first. I love it. No more deflated cream settling due to excess air during processing. Amazon has some more affordable options if you are thinking about one too. ❤❤❤ 😊
Why don't you use the Baker's icing bag? Or the baker syringe to put the cream in the jars? That may be faster than you are doing it..just a thought..are you from Toronto?
Yikes! The amount of equipment one can buy can be unending - and extremely expensive! Being a “Maker” can put a person into serious debt! You’re fortunate Jerika that you have many orders! I’m taking it slow and low cost and tell myself NO to most of the fancy equipment.

Hello! Could you do a video on how you determine etsy shipping settings? I saw you have some from a few years ago, but would love an updated one now that you are getting started in the USA. I find most of the current videos on RUclips are for shirts so they don't include the weight of padding or free samples. This part of Etsy makes me feel bamboozled.
None! Just ctrl P with the computer and pick the Munbyn as my printer. The key is making the thing you want to print the same size as the label and then picking the right size of label when printing.
why dont you put the lotion in a piping bag and fill the jars a lot less sloppy and it would prob save you alot of time..they have disposable ones that you can cut the tip when bag is filled..
I see you fixed the one way up top but the one that has the word 'website' and is highlighted 'Buy my soaps: website' that is about halfway down says '404 page not found'. Sorry for being a nag but I'm really good at it! 😁

You can always use a piping bag and tip to fill the lotion jars, it's cheaper than the machine
Just came here to say the same thing, you don't even need a tip, just fill a large piping bag, snip off the tip and pipe the lotion into the jars

Use should use a frosting piping bag for the lotion until you reach the level you want until you're ready for a filling machine.

I use a zip lock bag with a corner cut off to get my creams in the pots. No washing up, bonus
Get the lotion filling machine, it makes me make larger batches and saves time.

The scrubs are actually 10 oz. My labels are 3” x 2.5”
