@JazzyMac awwww thanks girl! You truly are God sent!!! I like the job at Aetna and what I do. It can be overwhelming tho. And I just can't with the pay. I'd be open to staying in this field. Before Aetna, I was in banking for almost 20 years. I was a personal banker for over 10 years. I'd love to do that again if I can but I've never seen any @home jobs in banking. Which is crazy because banks have call centers too.

I have followed you for a year and used your resume templates whenever I could afford the monthly subscription. I’ve applied for hundreds and hundreds of jobs but could never get an interview. I constantly get rejection emails saying different things depending on the job I applied for. I’ve been with my current employer since 2015 and it seems like that’s an issue that I haven’t bounced around to different companies. I can not advance anymore at my current job. I was doing just supervisor jobs then started applying for multiple roles after not receiving any interviews. I am not applying for roles in management, HR, learning/training and development, and customer service jobs. I apply for roles on LinkedIn via the easy apply, but most jobs, I am applying straight to the companies website.

Unfortunately did not meet all metrics and was let go as a result. Do you feel I still should apply? Any recommendations dations on how to explain seperation fr position.

Hey, I have a question, I really want a work from home job, but I do not want to fabricate my resume. Most of the jobs you post I have no experience in but would LOVE to change into that job field (ex. data entry). It’s about $5000/yr. for most companies, some pay $10,000/yr for education. However, you can get into cybersecurity without a degree. Go back and watch my entry level IT jobs video.
