- Mumbai, the commercial and financial capital of India, has most of the skyscrapers and supertall buildings in India, where land is expensive. More than 3000 high-rise buildings are already constructed in Mumbai Metropolitan Region.It is the city with the 12th highest number of skyscrapers and supertalls in the world. Most of skyscrapers in Mumbai are residential.
Mumbai is undergoing a massive construction boom, with more than 15 Supertalls, hundreds of skyscrapers and thousands of high-rises under construction. Currently Mumbai is home to largest number of under construction supertalls and skyscrapers in the world.

Yes India is very unequal. and there are many ways to measure inequality and in one such parameter India is the second most unequal country. Billionaires and millionaires have more than 50% of the country's wealth and not 88%(Maybe you were talking about rupee billionaires and millionaires). which supports urban development and neglects rural. Although these rich people do not spend there money on themselves, in fact they invest there money in infrastructure and stocks which help in growing there money so apparently there money is present in the economy and providing jobs in Urban areas only mukesh ambani spent more than a billion Dollars per year..
In future there will not be a single superpower there will be at least 3 superpowers. And China was the same 20 years ago

Namaste Tower is a 316 m tall skyscraper currently under construction in Mumbai, India. It will be a mixed-use skyscraper with 63 floors that will house a 380-room W Hotel, office and retail space. It has been designed by Atkins, Dubai.

as on today,25-11-2017,imperial heights at Mumbai central,more than 200m,is India's tallest bldg,all other are way behind and will take much more time to complete as India is far behind on technical & administrative than developed country.india is not deserve for skyline like new york or dubai
