This is an amazing work. I know the struggle but it feels effortless watching your process. I too follow the same process but my results are nothing compared to yours. Also i learned that "how to use a single asset from bunches of skeachfab" through this video. I didn't know this before.

Wow that looks very good! I am used to twinmotion 2020 (edu). Does this mean that twinmotion 2022 is a LOT better? Or was I just doing it wrong?
(Btw: is a GTX 1660i with an i7 4th generation good enough? Or do I need a RTX card for this?)

It's a lot better with path tracing ON but you need to upgrade your graphics card to RTX
