Because of August, my love to france transformed in a hate-love - all overbooked (camping). But there is still more love. And in this time I have seen so much of this beautifull country...cross over. La vie est belle. St. Moritz will be a very good christmas-present. One I did already for myself: I will go around the world with you, reading instead of viewing. And all this in my Muttersprache... For all followers of this channel: I think the book is also translated in other languages...! For you, Lea and all followers: Merry Christmas and a very happy, healthy and peaceful New Year!

It’s actually interesting: compared to the USA accommodation in Europe is actually a little bit cheaper! While you basically pay 70 dollars for a run down motel in the USA, you can find very nice and decent countryside places for that amount in Europe.
No exaggerating, there are tears on my face that was so beautiful. I expect next week the snowy episode will also have me similarly moist. OTOH, I had a joyful joyride today on the ancient Honda, as it is Spring-like temperatures here near Philadelphia, USA, so, it's all good.

There are many beautiful scenic places in Europe as you know Lea, I love the run along the Rhine. You could have a nickname for your travelling companion, just a thought.
Sometimes I drink a glas of wine but I’m more in for a good beer. I love the beers brewed by monks, Trappist, or brewed by former abbeys in Belgium and Netherlands. I think the rain clouds think you’re a rain god; they want to be with you. French breakfast…mmmm….not really my thing. I prefer a Dutch or German style breakfast. Great dense bread and a lot of things to put on it. The landscapes though are very nice. Ich war schon mal in Sankt Moritz aber das war im Sommer. Schöne Gegend.
I have to agree in some parts - I prefer a hearty and salty breakfast to sweet. And I looooove eggs. To me eggs never get old and it’s the only thing that you find pretty much everywhere in the world.

Beautiful! I am so jealous. I rode from here in Norway to Lyon a few years ago, with not a drop of rain until I got back to Denmark. I love France and would like to explore more places on my bike. Ouch! You really know how to hurt a companion... "The only reason I travel with him is for his weather app..." If someone said that about me I would get that app on their phone and part as friends but continue on alone. A beautiful video as always!
Just making fun of him (and he knows that and is not hurt at all, I as well would joke about that in reality), so don’t worry, there are as well some other reasons (like him helping me rescue the drone when I crash it again 😂😂😂)
