crazy work dude! for that 1% remaining you could just wait until it spreads a bit to find it and cleanse it (unless the blocks are isolated then youre screwed lol) it might also be offmap to the left and right ends of the world, since the world actually extends a bit more to the left/right ends than what you can play with good luck!
I suggest making more terraria videos. I think a lot of people don't even know how to defeat all of the bosses or even getting all of the achievents. Since you have a lot of knowledge. You could probably make 100's of in depth videos about each boss and how to complete each achievement if you wanted too. It would be a pretty cool concept

@@TryHardCentraltowns with at least 2 npcs from each biome *can* get you the biome specific pylon. since all npcs doesn't like being in a town with many npcs, they won't sell the biome pylon. so, having all npcs in a single town is not good if you're planning to set up pylons for fast travels. if you have teleporters then it doesn't really matter---since you also have money for wires. types of fast travels are: 1. portals 2. pylons 3. minecart/tracks and hellevators 4. conch/phone ------- however, i don't know if there's an npc that sells a certain item if their happiness is high. i only know about the pylons.

Not all your playthroughs are the same, so, one way or another, whether you like it or not, you will someday make use of that knowledge---using pylons as a mode of fast travel.
1% happened to me as well in my medium sized world sometimes corruption/hallow can spawn a few blocks from outside the visible map, so i'd check the edges if nothing works im pretty sure its fair to just use terramap and use the corruption/hallow set to find the rest

i got all banners in a world, id say the most difficult were the sea snail, ragged caster, tim, rune wizard, rock golem. banners like the nymph are pretty easy to farm afking. also the event banners (old ones army, frost moon, pumpkin moon) were pretty grindy for a few mobs. if i recall the sea snail and ragged caster took the longest at about 6-7 hours each. aswell as this, an additional world was created to farm salamanders which didn't spawn in mine aswell as some pre-hardmore exclusive mobs i missed out on. pretty fun stuff.
I'm working on getting all the banners, and I'm dreading having to find the rock golem. Tim and the rune wizard might be difficult, but their banners are given every 10th kill, not the usual 50. There's quite a few mobs that have their kill count requirement for their banners decreased (including the nymph, which is every 25th kill).
Yeah, Im that person who barely start the game and understand nothing, but this is extremely impressive. I will come back to it when I know more about the game

The best part about 100%ing a world is when u make new worlds and realize u dont have to save up all the useless items for completion anymore or build extreme houses just trash all items build shoeboxes and mess around with classes, challenges and speedrunning the game in like 5 hours or something its like a cure to the completionist OCD of I gotta collect everything and sort every chest
For me the hardest achievement was crafting the cellphone, did 300+ fishing quests, but did not receive the final item , had to use the chest dupe glitch. On the other hand my friend joined the same world he did some 50 quests, and he got every item!
I gave this game so many tries after friends recommended it to me but idk why I just couldn't get into it. Sometimes that last 1% is off bounds at one of the world borders (L/R), have you noticed your beaches getting infected from time to time? (it happened for me)
A tip for the 1% corruption: Its very likely a few blocks outside the world map, so you cant see it, but it is there. Try purifying both edges of your world and you should be good.
You’re overestimating how hard the nymph banner is, set up a waffle time type afk arena where they spawn and it should come after about 10 hours of afk

This happened to me. The hallow/crimson blocks in your chest and inventory count as well.
