    Does the absence of clutch cause any problems while screwing ? Like stripping off the screw head?

    • @MECHTOYSOFFICIAL
      @MECHTOYSOFFICIAL  2 месяца назад

      Once you're used to it, you know how to control, and how much power to give and forward force. Initially yeah, especially if you're beginner may be you strip away the screw head. The black colored anti corrosion screws work well, they don't slip off the tip. And use Bosch driver bit, that lasts longer than local in box driver bits

    This was the exact review and tutorial I was looking for and that I have ordered I bell ID 13 - 75. Which is a keyed chuk. I as to me it more convenient than key less. Rest all viz. Powe 650 watt, Rpm all are same. Hope I took a fair decision. Pls comment.

    • @MECHTOYSOFFICIAL
      @MECHTOYSOFFICIAL  Год назад +1

      I think it's good decision. While working with concrete and metal, i experienced the drill bit getting loose by itself in keyless chuck. Keyed chuck is better for metal and concrete works. For frequent changing of bits I chose keyless chuck. Back then keyed chuck model wasn't available, i think recently they launched it.

    • @MECHTOYSOFFICIAL
      @MECHTOYSOFFICIAL  3 года назад

      Yes sparks are visible, but that didn't affected its functionality though. I'll make a video on that, its due to carbon brush surface wear, and free play of carbon brush, And the plastic body vents make the sparks visible.

    Is there separate drill bit for concrete , wood and metal ?? If is there, then tell me how to identify them ..

    • @MECHTOYSOFFICIAL
      @MECHTOYSOFFICIAL  4 года назад +2

      Yes they are different. Hardness is different for metal, concrete and wood drilling bits. A woodworking bit will wear off quickly on metal or concrete. They differ in flute shape, metal drilling bits are more shiny than woodworking bit or concrete bits. You'll understand once you start using them. Concrete bits don't have fine sharp ends like of metal bits and wood working bits as they're designed for impact drilling function

      Thanks 🤗❤️. The drill is still functioning well after a year, I changed its cable coz i mistakenly damaged it. If you have heavy concrete drilling need then go for a rotary hammer drill. The drill I've reviewed is good for medium and light duty works for home and diy needs. I've used it for some medium level concrete drilling works such as installation of exhaust fans, etc...

      For quick drill bit change keyless is convenient. But drill bit get loosen after few mins of drilling especially metals. In wood working and concrete it's not an issue. In keyed chucks you can tighten it as your wish, keyless only hand tight.

      Expensive drills hide it better such as Bosch, makita,etc. In iBell's minimal body, sparks can be seen, it's not a problem unless it's causing any performance issues, weird noise, electric shock,etc... There can be manufacturing defects too, observe it...and if it's a problem then Return.

    Bro this is machine is good for screw driving applications?

    • @MECHTOYSOFFICIAL
      @MECHTOYSOFFICIAL  4 года назад +1

      It's a general purpose drill, not specifically designed for screw driving. There's no torque control clutch. So if u push trigger too much, it'll give excess torque, and may wear out screw heads. It can be used though. Go for an impact driver if your only application is driving screws. Impact drivers offer better control of torque
