About MA in Human Resource Management and Talent Development at WIUT

This programme offers a comprehensive understanding of practices and policies that enhance business growth and development. Developed in collaboration with the Erasmus+ Talent project and four European universities, the course features both core and optional modules, with its structure reviewed by the University of Westminster (UK) every five years.
To ensure effective and enjoyable learning, the course includes:

The programme aims to prepare future HR managers, HR business partners, consultants, trainers, and managers.
