Do you have any tips ab getting back into running especially during the track season,, I'm coming off an injury and have done a couple sessions n stuff by myself but I litterally have no clue when to go back to training w my club n how to adapt :,)
I just asked my mom yesterday, why there were no snacks for me to bring to school. She told me I should buy some myself, if I want something specific. I guess that makes sense🙄😭. Anyway thanks for this video, I know it’s gonna be helpful
