At 9:50, if you look closely at the left of his left hand as he approaches the bed, (or do so for yourself in game) you can see a small white object on the floor next to the stuffed bear. You can’t exactly make out what it is in the video, but it’s a condom… One that’s been used. Since I’m personally not one to believe a child willfully sought out meth to inject, I theorize one of the other inhabitants of the house essentially used it to poison her to cover up the atrocities they committed.
I believe that machine at 4:30 is an old analog music player (not sure what the name is). If I remember correctly, the paper in the center gives the machine (which is basically just a piano) instructions on what notes to play. Might be a player piano but it doesn’t have keys, so it might be based off of that or some even more niche old instrument.
In the german speaking parts of europe we have a similar traditional instrument, used to this day. It's called "Drehorgel" it's handriven but used the very same technique of holes in a paper to read which notes to play

Dont forget about one detail in the Medical Center when u cover it. Going off of the attention to detail in the game, if you look around at some of the blocked entrances in the hospital level, you can find victims from the club shooting. The amount of thought put into each level is mind bowing. The first time i played the nightclub map i was clearing with some friends just learning the game i just got it like a week ago. I remember about midway through the map one of my friends mentioned all those damn phones ringing. and i remembered a part of the news reel or a doccumentary or something i had seen on youtube about the real nightclub shooting from years ago and the cop said it was heartbreaking hearing the phones constantly ringing. Because it was the friends and parents of victims trying desperatly to find out if they were okay. Just a little detail but it's VERY immersive.
A cool thing that’s also relates to breaking bad is the removed mission called “fast food” it was a unfinished fast food restaurant map. the mission description talks about how the restaurant was tied to 213 park for money laundering. So the whole thing is just breaking bad and i love it
I kinda liked running that mission, it was nice to have another smaller map like 4U to run, i hope it was pulled so they could clean it up more and make room for actual finished maps on the board

This map is so much more interesting than I first thought, kind of cult-like. And the structure integrity of the houses by my estimates are "a few flash bangs away from ceasing to exist."

By the way, what's something that insects tend to have lots of? Eyes. Whether compound eyes like in flies, or just having a lot of them like spiders do. It's entirely likely that there is a supernatural element to this game's backstory.
Its also very very likely that something completely occult and strange is happening not just within Los Sueons but the world of RoN itself in the form of the white glowing eyes we see in the Coyote cave and also the oddly unrealistic person carved tree in Carriers of the Vine

I think I found a new bit of evidence in this map, I am not entirely sure the dog cage in the backyard is currently being used for dogs, I think it might be linked to the human trafficking ring, there are 2 hostiles almost guaranteed to spawn right next to it, the "house" in it is a child's dollhouse and not a doghouse (that could be an example of resourcefulness by the meth heads) and it would be big enough for a teenager (maybe even a shorter/malnourished woman), the thing is set up so that you can't see it from the street or other properties, there is no evidence (at least that I could find) of anyone there ever owning a dog, there is one of those old strollers (I think they have a name but I don't know it, that is unlike me... I recognized the player piano right away).... I REALLY hope I am wrong...
I wish someone would make prequel set in the heyday of this city like in 1949. It would be fun to play with the equipment and tactics of the era. But, I also would love to see what this fictional city once was like, what kind of problems they had, and how it ended up this way.

It just dawned on me but when the writing says 'Where's the drain.' It's referencing the older build of the map where the drug addicts managed to hit a sewer / drain that they were likely intending to use to move their drugs.
I’d like to assume that the missing persons posters are real and just have weird dates due to dev oversight. It would make the shipping container in the back yard make sense, as the missing people could be getting abducted and then sent off to the port where we see the human trafficking ring. I might be connecting two unrelated things here, but it makes some sense in my opinion

When me and my 2 friends first played through the map, we were all super freaked out by the cooks with the raspy voices, something about their voices made us super cautious and even a bit hesitant to go near them lol just goes to show how impactful the little attentions to detail can be in this game

The device at 4:30 looks like a player piano. I knew a woman that had one, and there's one featured in an episode of Scooby Doo. Usually they have the usual keys and can be played like normal, but the thing in the center is a roll of paper with holes in it. I don't know exactly how it works, but it like air through the holes to know which note to play.
you probably won't see this but if you end up doing a video on the car dealership, which i'm sure you will, investigate the map of where the trafficked people are going and cross reference it with other maps. to me at least it seems like one of the arrows is pointing to the night club.
I like to think there's something deeper than just a cartel going on here. Obviously it's far fetched, but when I first saw the drawings and that tunnel system, my first thought was "these aren't just some junkies and dealers". It almost feels cult-like. Kind of like this one area I remember in Fallout 3 that was a heavy nod to Lovecraft. Plus, meth heads kinda fit Lovecraft's view of decadent people. The drawings as well don't seem like the kind of thing a tweaker could make. They look disciplined. The spider especially seems to be dripping with a level of symbolism I doubt your typical meth head could come up with. Now the idea of an eldritch cult in this game is a little far fetched. I doubt we will be fighting any Deep Ones any time soon. At the same time though, the idea that we could be stumbling across a cult in its infancy, before all the horrors come about, isn't impossible.
I was a cop for awhile and part of our off duty work was to secure an abandoned hotel. Place was a hangout for violent gang members as well as super substance enthusiasts. And a meth lab. The graffiti is surprisingly similar, and it was getting creepy when they started leaving us messages in places. Meth psychosis is weird especially with some dudes dropping X on site and creating murals much like what was in the house here. The detail and research in this game is nuts
You’d be surprised on how tweakers can get, the amount of psychosis they developed gives them a certain level of anxiety that makes one so detail oriented that they would be able to pull art like this off especially art as disturbing as this

On the crack houce level, one of the blue dumpsters say SCP and a badge under it, the laundery has an asbestos risk, or atleast it looks like it, there is a grafity that looks like people on the back of the laundery reception, "Solamente con paquetes del cocinero" is refering to (only with packages from "The cook") i dont know if it worth mentioning but in the kids room of the first houce there is a bunch of police toys, and on the attic of the second, ther is a toy waring what looks like a, MLO uniform, have no idea tho, on the first floor of the second houce, on the meth cooking room, there is a coat of arms, that roughly translates to (Wont be taken for granted) on the garage on the outside there is mindjot grafity, a bunch of cameras, cigaretts,A floating door, and a creapt textur on one of the distant houces at the start of the level, but here is the real question, WHY IS THERE RED METH? we see alot of normal crystal meth, why the big chunks of red? I know that there is such a thing as red meth, but this look like gems.

Yea, go to the Neon tomb map, look behind you when yuo span, and walk to the ambulance, Did you know the fire exits were chained? or that you can let the music die and go home? Neon tomb may take place after the Voll or mindjot raids, due to "LiveRat" being now "OnceLiveRat". Also Seams like the attack was done in June 3rd or 4th of a year i dont know.

As a genzer I can confirm that is a kind of musical machine from idk, they used sheets of a special paper with holes poked in them, when the whatever read the paper went over a hole it would play the corresponding note for the location of the hole, it's basically one of those old Western saloon pianos with a very complicated but cool way of playing it's self To clarify I'm talking about the piano looking thing

This map and the tunnel system is a clear reference to the movie "Sicario" where the cartel tunnel from Mexico underground so they can smuggle drugs from Mexico into the US via the tunnel system. The opening sequence referneces them buying up US houses on the border to use for the tunnel system.

I played this mission on Barricaded Suspects mode with my budy. We went searching the house. Normal things arresting and taking down bad guys. But when we reached the little girls room. I just snapped I searched every nook and cranny executing everyone. I just didn't care. I hated that instance. Still haunts me to this day.

With the skull spider a part of me wonders if that's supposed to represent the people who live in the house as mentioned at @8:28 . However I'm not sure how much the meth heads and dealers in the level are connected to the other villains of the game though I can't say it's impossible. M*th and drugs mess people up, just look at the Misery Machine, a lot of the crimes that happen start with dr*gs and sees parents do or allow horrible things to happen to their own children while under the influence or for the sake of drugs. People that as you mentioned previously that Brixley Talent Time seemed to go after especially. However I'm not sure how connected it all is. They may do business but I doubt it's an organized attempt under a single organization. I can't say that I can see Voll mingling with a bunch of meth heads, he's still a rich guy and may not want to associate directly with them, though pr0n makers tend to be sleeze bags as is, neverminded Voll's "predilections." But a lot of the gangs I can't say would work together at all. The middle eastern terrorists might be working with the cartel to smuggle themselves and equipment in but I doubt they'd work with Voll's people As for the poison thing, I'm not sure. Rabascan mentioned it in another comment that it's possible that they're looking for the pipe to get access to smugglers and Coyotes from Mexico. Now what the deal is I'm not sure. I wish someone would make prequel set in the heyday of this city like in 1949. It would be fun to play with the equipment and tactics of the era. But, I also would love to see what this fictional city once was like, what kind of problems they had, and how it ended up this way.

It just dawned on me but when the writing says 'Where's the drain.' It's referencing the older build of the map where the drug addicts managed to hit a sewer / drain that they were likely intending to use to move their drugs.

I’d like to assume that the missing persons posters are real and just have weird dates due to dev oversight. It would make the shipping container in the back yard make sense, as the missing people could be getting abducted and then sent off to the port where we see the human trafficking ring. I might be connecting two unrelated things here, but it makes some sense in my opinion
Man, your lore and deep dive videos on Ready or Not are akin to what Vaati Vidya does for Soulsborne games. You're doing truly an amazing job, and this series is criminally underrated.

The child room made me think of the cult in SWAT4, as well as Voll's basement. not sure if the missing person and Voll's basement are related to the children here

When me and my 2 friends first played through the map, we were all super freaked out by the cooks with the raspy voices, something about their voices made us super cautious and even a bit hesitant to go near them lol just goes to show how impactful the little attentions to detail can be in this game

The device at 4:30 looks like a player piano. I knew a woman that had one, and there's one featured in an episode of Scooby Doo. Usually they have the usual keys and can be played like normal, but the thing in the center is a roll of paper with holes in it. I don't know exactly how it works, but it like air through the holes to know which note to play.

you probably won't see this but if you end up doing a video on the car dealership, which i'm sure you will, investigate the map of where the trafficked people are going and cross reference it with other maps. to me at least it seems like one of the arrows is pointing to the night club.

I like to think there's something deeper than just a cartel going on here. Obviously it's far fetched, but when I first saw the drawings and that tunnel system, my first thought was "these aren't just some junkies and dealers".
It almost feels cult-like. Kind of like this one area I remember in Fallout 3 that was a heavy nod to Lovecraft. Plus, meth heads kinda fit Lovecraft's view of decadent people. The drawings as well don't seem like the kind of thing a tweaker could make. They look disciplined. The spider especially seems to be dripping with a level of symbolism I doubt your typical meth head could come up with.
Now the idea of an eldritch cult in this game is a little far fetched. I doubt we will be fighting any Deep Ones any time soon. At the same time though, the idea that we could be stumbling across a cult in its infancy, before all the horrors come about, isn't impossible.
If I may, an eldritch cult still can fit. Showing the level of fanaticism that this city creates.
I was a cop for awhile and part of our off duty work was to secure an abandoned hotel. Place was a hangout for violent gang members as well as super substance enthusiasts. And a meth lab. The graffiti is surprisingly similar, and it was getting creepy when they started leaving us messages in places.
Meth psychosis is weird especially with some dudes dropping X on site and creating murals much like what was in the house here.
The detail and research in this game is nuts
You’d be surprised on how tweakers can get, the amount of psychosis they developed gives them a certain level of anxiety that makes one so detail oriented that they would be able to pull art like this off especially art as disturbing as this
I know Shayne is probably not looking at his but, Void is a company in ready or not, it seams to be a telecomunications company, and if you remember Grald's home, you will remember they are watching. On the crack houce level, one of the blue dumpsters say SCP and a badge under it, the laundery has an asbestos risk, or atleast it looks like it, there is a grafity that looks like people on the back of the laundery reception, "Solamente con paquetes del cocinero" is refering to (only with packages from "The cook") i dont know if it worth mentioning but in the kids room of the first houce there is a bunch of police toys, and on the attic of the second, ther is a toy waring what looks like a, MLO uniform, have no idea tho, on the first floor of the second houce, on the meth cooking room, there is a coat of arms, that roughly translates to (Wont be taken for granted) on the garage on the outside there is mindjot grafity, a bunch of cameras, cigaretts,A floating door, and a creapt textur on one of the distant houces at the start of the level, but here is the real question, WHY IS THERE RED METH? we see alot of normal crystal meth, why the big chunks of red? I know that there is such a thing as red meth, but this look like gems.

Yea, go to the Neon tomb map, look behind you when yuo span, and walk to the ambulance, Did you know the fire exits were chained? or that you can let the music die and go home? Neon tomb may take place after the Voll or mindjot raids, due to "LiveRat" being now "OnceLiveRat". Also Seams like the attack was done in June 3rd or 4th of a year i dont know.

As a genzer I can confirm that is a kind of musical machine from idk, they used sheets of a special paper with holes poked in them, when the whatever read the paper went over a hole it would play the corresponding note for the location of the hole, it's basically one of those old Western saloon pianos with a very complicated but cool way of playing it's self

In the For You gas station ad, the prices for chips and candy bars seem pretty cheap. Like, remarkably so. Is this consistent with with the known prices of other consumer goods from the game? I'm curious if there was just a massive deflationary crisis or something in the history of the game.
Also, I think the missing person's posters are just an oversight. I don't know how someone could have been last seen in 2035 if the mission is set at least a decade prior.

This map and the tunnel system is a clear reference to the movie "Sicario" where the cartel tunnel from Mexico underground so they can smuggle drugs from Mexico into the US via the tunnel system.
The opening sequence referneces them buying up US houses on the border to use for the tunnel system.

I don't think the devs made an oversight. Both women disappeared at a young age (Voll/Brixley?), and Twisted Nerve takes place in the year 2050 (somehow).

Considering the devs are otherwise very consistent about the game being set around 2021-2022, I agree with your sentiment that the missing posters are an intentional prank by someone in-universe.

I played this mission on Barricaded Suspects mode with my budy. We went searching the house. Normal things arresting and taking down bad guys. But when we reached the little girls room. I just snapped I searched every nook and cranny executing everyone. I just didn't care. I hated that instance. Still haunts me to this day.

Yeah after playing the game through in 1.0, I think what was happening here was recruitment and manipulation of addicts to dig for the map rust belt so they could operate under the border.

With the skull spider a part of me wonders if that's supposed to represent the people who live in the house as mentioned at @8:28 . However I'm not sure how much the meth heads and dealers in the level are connected to the other villains of the game though I can't say it's impossible. M*th and drugs mess people up, just look at the Misery Machine, a lot of the crimes that happen start with dr*gs and sees parents do or allow horrible things to happen to their own children while under the influence or for the sake of drugs. People that as you mentioned previously that Brixley Talent Time seemed to go after especially.
However I'm not sure how connected it all is. They may do business but I doubt it's an organized attempt under a single organization. I can't say that I can see Voll mingling with a bunch of meth heads, he's still a rich guy and may not want to associate directly with them, though pr0n makers tend to be sleeze bags as is, neverminded Voll's "predilections." But a lot of the gangs I can't say would work together at all. The middle eastern terrorists might be working with the cartel to smuggle themselves and equipment in but I doubt they'd work with Voll's people
As for the poison thing, I'm not sure. Rabascan mentioned it in another comment that it's possible that they're looking for the pipe to get access to smugglers and Coyotes from Mexico. Now what the deal is I'm not sure. It may be that the Los Locos are getting cash but I'm curious if they're getting material or info in return.
