Protein shake coffee - quick and easy 💪🏼
Thank you for watching the video. You need the following to make it:
- 30 g whey (coffee, chocolate or vanilla flavor is perfect)
- 250 ml milk (low-fat)
- fresh coffee (I made mocha)
Total:
13.2 g carbohydrates
31 g protein
5.2 g fat
226 kcal
Prepare as in the video. You can also use coffee from the machine or instant coffee/espresso.
Coffee hot or cold, both are very tasty😋
