HILTI TE 500 AVR REPAIR , REBUILD , ITEM N107/22. Alex/IRL.

Rebuilding completed. Hilti te500 breaker has been completely disassembled and cleaned. Installed 22 new parts including all bearings, gaskets, oil seals, piston and Ram rings, engine brushes. New tool holder installed, oil and grease changed. Tullamore Offaly Ireland. Alex.

Great video thank you! But as the original Hilti replacement parts are very expensive, is there somewhere I could get the actual dimensions of the O-rings and seals to order individually (in the video the replacement part dimensions are not so visible)?

Try to find and download parts list and parts diagram on the Internet. Each spare part has its own number, the size is not always indicated. What is your Hilti model? Where do you live?
