  • Welcome to my channel, I’m so happy you’re here! This reformer class is 35 minutes, intermediate/advance levels. We will be performing a lot of unilateral work to improve stability. We will be laying on our sides, so using a small ball or yoga block as a pillow might be preferred!!

      lol, didn’t notice the dog until I saw a little movement and just it’s eyes blinking… was like you had a little spook in the corner 😂
