Welcome to my channel, I’m so happy you’re here! This reformer class is 35 minutes, intermediate level. We will be performing a lot of unilateral work to improve stability. There are minimal spring changes, so we are constantly moving and flowing through the entire class!

Question for you. I had a total hip replacement in August 2021. About 2ish months after all was going well I began getting intense pain when trying to lift that leg(I think I overdid it). My hip doc believes it was hip flexor tendonitis. It still aches some, but much better. Could this exercise help it heal further?
Yes it can! Just be very careful to do it to your tolerance, and stretch it after. Start off without the resistance band and progress to the band as long as you feel comfortable and no soreness after!
