      bro iska solution simple hein,
apne MSI dragon center mein jao then waha pe tools pe jake then battery option select karo ( mera battery option tools mein hein tumhara tools ke bahar bhi ho sakta hein so check kar lena)
then tumhe 3 options dikhenge best for mobility, balanced, best for battery
tumhara most probably balanced selected rahega so instead of that select best for mobility then tumhara limit hat jayega.
      I hope this helps.

@@arg99 There's no comment about my problem. I ask to MSI a new BIOS for downgrade. They not give me a solution. They say 'no bios service' for my computer. That's not true. I've two machines. Identical models. One of them works correctly.. The other one has opposite behaviour. Both computers has the same BIOS and same revision. I think the hardware controller for the keyboard is not the same and that's the purpose of the swap keys in BIOS. But the BIOS I've on the computers, has not that option. So, I cannot change that assignment.... Very disappointed with MSI support team. They don't want to understand my problem. They say: "we are not developing custom BIOS..". I'm no asking for a custom bios. Only the old version that shows that option in bios and not depending of the MSI Center.
I'm not sure, but if I install windows and MSI Center, execute that option, this is only valid in windows environment. When I format again my computer, there's no "flashed" option or hard coded option recorded at BIOS level.

When my computer restarts, the keys are fine. Once I turn off or close my laptop, the keys decide to switch. It doesn't show as switched in the Dragon Center either. It's so annoying having to restart my computer all the time to fix them. Do you know how to possibly fix this? It started happening once I switched my Windows account from admin to local.

In my opinion MSI dragon center is the main problem because recently MSI removed it from Microsoft store and I believe the support for Dragon center has ended.
Uninstall it and you can use MSI center as a substitute it's far more better than Dragon center and I personally use it too.
Because of compatibility issues this problem keeps on coming back on your system

okay, so first of all I dont think this is linked to MSI Dragon center, still I would suggest that you switch to MSI Cednter it is the best alternative to MSI Dragon Center. These days MSI Dragon center isn't supported by Microsoft store anymore thus maybe because of some back end compatibility issue this is happening in your system. If everything else fails just go for a fresh start that should definitely fix your problem bro :)

If you are still using MsI dragon center, then in that case I will highly recommend that you switch to Msi Center it's a great alternative to dragon center. The reason well Msi Dragon center is no longer being supported by Microsoft Store, so uninstall it and switch to Msi Center, that should definitely fix your problem. Hope it works for you
