Feels like a good way to slowly coax my friends closer and closer to some aspects of endless winter now if I could only talk myself out of metal coins, really cute looking wooden meeples and really cool and practical looking trays, this would be so much easier to justify. Ahh, the struggles
Thanks Alex, great video! I am looking forward to seeing how this does for you with all the fun cart choices we're unlocking (one of which is more zous chefs at a time). The promo on launch day is a critic that brings 2 critics out at once, and we have more fun surprises coming. Since you noted the higher player counts being bonus fun, the campaign has 6-7 player mode included in the free expansion to hook everyone up. Cheers!
Well thanks for the review. I sit this one out. Mostly because it won't be available in German at the Kickstarter campaign. It looks very nice with the simultaneous worker placement. Weirdly it reminds me a bit of Dungeon Lords, which has a lot more rules but was a heavier game that brought me into the hobby. :)
I saw the review but still in doubt. I understand sometimes you can jave bad luck at s location. But do you feel in control in the game or is ot more luck based? To compare: does it feel like Libertalia or like Go Nuts for Donuts? Liberalia is fun and you feel in control sometimes. GoNuts for Donuts is a guessing game only.
@@BoardGameCo these days Kickstarter is getting difficult to justify, VAT and postage makes the games feel just not worth it. I've found I can save quite a lot just buying the deluxe version from our FLGS or from an online retailer, I've saved almost £25 preordering Leaf deluxe rather than backing the Kickstarter.

Nice timing. I was just looking at kickstarter
Thanks for the review. I’d love to play it sometime but like you, we have a hard time getting 4+ player games to the table.
Ya, I really like the game, the player count just puts it in a harder place for me.
Great review as always. Will you be getting your hands on wondrous creatures for a review?
i am wondering six months later, is it still a 4-5 star for you?
Thanks man, super video! One question, maybe I missed in the video, is suitable for kids?

Libertalia
Was interested, now not sure, plus for the deluxe edition plus postage and VAT it's like 90 quid.
Totally respect that

hmm i will have to think about this one. I have fractured sky coming and this feels like it might give off a similar type of experience.
Ooohhh....good call, there are similarities
Any changes in opinion on this game? Still on the fence
Not yet, I definitely enjoy it, but I don't think of it as a must own.
@BoardGameCo lol, thanks for the response. Not a lot of people actually reviewed this game. Im still on the fence, lmao.
Thanks for the video.
Hi! There's a board game you own in a plain brown box with a green gem on it. I've always wanted to know what game that is. Could you please tell me?
Is it in the shot? In general?
Too Many Bones Treasure Trove. Basically, it's a big box to store all of the content from Chip Theory Games TMB.
