I got this chair a few days ago and it's quite good actually for the price. The head and lumbar pillows are really firm so I replaced the padding to memory foam and that solved the problem. I also switched the sides of the arm wrests and now they are closer to the body, so that's good and more comfy. I had to spray WD40 on the rocking mechanism because it was squeaking and problem fixed. All in all, it's a good chair for the price and I'm quite happy with it.
You left the plastic button on the shock so you won't be able to lower and raise it!!!!!!!!!!! I did the same thing and it took me a while to figure it out.
I get what you mean as I've seen it on other chairs but it seems to work perfectly fine as it is 😆 Goes up and down as normal so maybe I knocked it off at some point or mine didn't come with one.
I still have not decided what I'm going to fork out for yet. I have been watching these videos of recent and found them very helpful. I'm 6"4 so its tricky to find a good chair that accommodates my height 😅
I just ordered one too, waiting for delivery... It supposed to be more comfortable than a office chair due to the green straps underneath. For the money it costs I think it's a steal. Let me know your opinion about it after using it, interesting to know.
@@eltonwild5648 xrider55 The Sharkoon chair is good but could be better. It's well built but the seat is very stiff to my liking and so are the pillows that come with it (neck and lumbar). I bought it because of the low price and it is suitable for my racing games, I can remove the casters and without them it's not moving anywhere when I race... Not all chair have the ground clearance with them removed. : )
Markus is quite good for its price, but doesn't have armrests (I know it technically, does but most people doesn't mount them because they are awful) and its foam and PU isn't anywhere as good as those from Noblechairs or SecretLab, that cost twice as much but are much better. I agree most gaming chairs are bad and overpriced, but just like most cheap chinese office chairs are awful. There are a few gaming chairs that are actually great for those who want a mix of ergonomics and comfort, and don't have the kind of money a great office chair like an Steelcase or Herman Miller costs. You should try them out before stating all of them are shit.

All these "gaming" chairs are same shit from same manufactury with diferent brands. Ikea Markus - cheaper and works by years :)
Not true. Cheap gaming chairs are same shit from different brands and things like Noblechairs are actually way better than Ikea Markus.
