- Staff Sergeants Marcie Bonilla and Nicholas Quevedo, Recruiting and Retention NCOs with the Florida Army National Guard recently completed Drill Sergeant School. They hope to take this knowledge and pass it on to Soldiers in the Recruit Sustainment Program, a one weekend a month program that prepares recruits for basic training.

Back in my day we yelled louder, fucked harder, and ran further!! These drills ain’t yellin at trees? Army’ll never be the same tell ya what bruther, I don’t like what I’m seein these dang ol drill sergeant’s learnin to train recruits should be screamin at em!!!! How else would they learn?!? Training??? Pffft. SCREAMING!!!

Shark attack works for draftees and Marines. Army needs people who can think and make decisions. Army also has the top Tier Level 1 unit, so they must be doing something right. @@rogerwilco5918
