- 8th Boss Lezard Valeth Hard Mode
Lezard is my favorite character in the game
There are 3 difficulty's in the game, Easy, Normal and Hard. the differences between the difficulty's are the dungeons and bosses in each chapter. Im playing on hard mode, and the dungeons from easy/normal do not spawn in here.

played on the epsxe 1.8.0 emulator
The game runs perfectly with the settings that i used, but there are some issues tho.
Known issues:
Sound cutting out during Spirutal Concentration. it can be solved by changing the sound plugin to ''ePSXe SPU core 1.8.0'' to get that fixed, but after thats done its better to change it back to the original ''Eternal SPU Plugin 1.41'' to not have any issues with the gameplay.
A major issue in the game it self (not emulator related) is the Cut Scene freezes @ 4 points.
1. Begin of the game The Cut Scene where Valkyrie, Odin, Freya talk
2. After Arngrim dies (not sure)
3. Spirutual Concetration with Badrach
4. After defeating Gandar

Pretty much. I exchange him only for Freya in Seraphic Gate.
Actually, Lucian is the best of the game in my opinion. It's a shame that he can't be used for the End A 😕
@@flavien4717IMO the only good thing about Lucian is Shining Bolt, everything else is mediocre at best, that said pretty much all einherjar are viable, but Mage aside I would say Lawfer is the best outside of Seraphic Gate, decent regular attack and easy to chain and, outside of specific set up with Llewelyn, strongest PWS among the einherjars, his PWS get seriously ridiculous once you get Crimson Edge in the mid game and even more toward the end with Great Spear Dinosaur.
@@nesoukkefka1741 He even gets beat out by Badrach in that regard. Lucian's mid tier in pretty much every regard.

You can hear Meowth in some of Lezard's lines

Lenneth, Freya and Lezard also appear in a mobile game called Grimms Notes.
Every character in this fight shares a VA with another character in the fight.

Considering the Star Ocean Second Story Remake, a very very good Valkyrie Profile Remake is not at all impossible.

Is it just me, or do the cut-ins during the cutscenes look nothing like the sprites? Plus, Lezard's voice is unbearable, though that might be intentional. Also, this fight is pathetic!

Lezard's crummy lines were probably 'cus of direction, Maddie was a really good voice actress.
