The kicker that people miss a lot and the meaning behind this song is that Jesus did all things for us. Its hard not to get emotional when I'm reminded how much he loves us. To anyone feeling alone, Jesus loves you before you were even in your mothers womb. Speak to him with faith and you will never be alone.

Avi was the one who left. Mitch is the high-voiced guy. Despite rumors to the contrary, Avi did NOT help find his replacement. Not sure how that story got started, but it's gotten a LOT of traction on the internet...but it never happened. All that Avi did was post on social media that he thought the group had made the right choice in Matt.

@@brunettealesodaLet me see if I have this. You are saying that you know it's not true so that alone "debunks" the story. That isn't how it works. What is your actual evidence. Proof required, not opinion. For the record, the story isn't that he "chose his replacement", but rather that he contributed to the process of helping choose his replacement, a much lower standard to meet. That could be something as simple as a statement of affirmation when they were auditioning potential replacements, and he happens by the studio when Matt is there auditioning, and he hears him and says something like, "Dang, he's good". See how that works?

Music, always had a way of expressing my feelings when I was a teenager. I too, had had a close relationship with my grandparents, growing up. You are more than just Jen! Oh girl- I honestly feel for you. I’m an emotional being too but to see you cry when you talk about your grandmother brings so many tears to me. I had a breakdown Dec 11 and I couldn’t figure out why. I then realized it was my grandmothers anniversary of her passing 35 years ago and it struck me so hard. My tears were endless that day. She raised me when I thought as a child no one really cared about me and I knew that my mother didn’t and she showed it. Keep the faith gf. Love from Utah 💕🎶💕

I liked how true you are with what you believe in or not, also recognizing the power of this song and to me, at least a seed has been planted to whoever hears it... There are people out there that force Christian views on others that give the rest a bad name. But all they (Christians) need to do is to show love & live in the way that Jesus has told us. Then those that don't believe, have different world views, religion, or feels like something is missing in their lives. Witness the way Christians act and have this glow about them that makes others curious & want to have what us Christians have. Then we can guide people into the steps to have a relationship with the one who created us; My Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, the Son of God.... Anyways, with love, you Take Care & God Bless.
@@NicholasAHart I don't want to get too religious here, but I do want to share a thought with you. I am also a science geek/nerd. I do believe in a God. God created this universe. Do you know how big this universe is? Galaxies like ours has 100's of billions of stars, and there are 100's of billions of galaxies like ours. We humans are nanoscopic compared to this Universe. The God I believe in, is what maintains the laws of physics so our universe can exist. Every thing in this universe is in a constant state of decay. But there is Order in this universe, and that order comes from what I consider a God.
The bible says we were created in his/her image. What does that actually mean. Does God have an image? I think what that is referring to is our souls, are in the image of God. And our souls are nanoscopic pieces of God. Every soul in this universe is the image of God (in my opinion). We are all part of the whole, and hurting someone else is essentially hurting yourself. So I do my best not to hurt anyone, including myself.

@@detrix42 yes, there are scriptures in the Bible that gives proof of what the image of God is & what it means, also who holds the whole universe together. Colossians 1:15-20 is just a very small portion of what's in God's Word... If there's anything else you need, prayer or anything. Just let me know.

1st - thanks for the cry. 2nd - I haven’t checked out your videos about your past, I will eventually, but I feel an empathy for you. I survived 3 suicide attempts, was a meth addict for 10yrs, 15yrs sober on Halloween this year 2022. I was, finally, diagnosed with bi-polar type 2 when I was 54. I was very lucky to never go to jail but that was by the skin of my teeth. I’m 61 now and I try my best to help others with addiction and mental issues to know they are not alone. If you do the math, Yes, I quit using before I was diagnosed so I’m pretty proud of that. If you ever need someone to talk to, I’m here.
I have watched your reactions and commented on some . I don't care about your past good or bad . What I beleave now is that you have a good and pure heart

I concur. I quit smoking on July 5th in 2006. That means that as I write this, my 18th anniversary without a cigarette is coming up on the day after Independence Day. I quit cocaine in September of 1996, so I have an upcoming anniversary there as well. That will be 28 years clean and sober without one slip. It hasn't been easy, nor should it be. I am proof that intelligence doesn't make you immune to addiction. I became addicted, as many do, due to a stay in the hospital. What makes it worse is that my wife is a nurse. She is also a big part of why I have managed to survive my addictions and get beyond them. Note that I didn't say cured, as you are never cured or completely recovered. I battle each day, as do you, with that specter. Each day, I tell myself why I should remain drug and cigarette free. That's just my life moving forward. I, too, am Italian ancestry, but I am also Irish ancestry in equal amount. The ironic thing is that both my parents are Irish-Italian, so I have the identical ancestry that both my parents do. That is somewhat uncommon. Being born in 1958, I am a boomer, but so are my parents. They are 1937 and 1939. That made them 21 and 19 when I was born. Actually, my mother was 5 days short of 19, and my father was 9 days short of 21. So that means we share a zodiac sign as well.

Mark Lowry was the author of this song in case you didn't know, along with Buddy Greene. He also happens to be a comedian too. Obviously he is a Christian. This song has been sung by so many since he wrote it. You should check out him singing it, too. A favorite of mine is also this song sung by Michael English, who is just a vocal powerhouse, imo.

Came to this one after watching your Home Free reaction. I guess it got unblocked. I LOVE your reaction to this one. This was the 1st Pentatonix song I ever heard a few years ago. It blew my mind away. Keep reacting with your emotions!! This is one of those songs that will "hit me in the feels". I will tear up and I don't care who sees it. Ok Love 💕. My dad went too church every day. My mum was constantly saying the Rosary. We went too Keswick in the Lake District in the Uk 🇬🇧. I’ve had joint issues since I was 13 after twisting my right ankle on our local school’s sports day. I’m 56, 20 operations later, I’m really no better off?????? I took my caravan too meet up with mum and dad at Keswick. My back felt like it was literally breaking, we had a really rough time, but we went too mass on Saturday night, I honest too GOD, only just made it too a pew?? This is the Gospel Truth, 😮, I got out the pew and literally walked out of that church and Mass 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏. The only thing was.
My mum constantly saying the Rosary during mass . I was actually beginning as too how I could get home. I honestly couldn’t drive. I Honest too God can’t explain what happened that day???? I honestly couldn’t walk???? Too this day, I honestly can’t explain it????? 🫣🤷♀️❤️🙏🇬🇧💕🙏💕🙏💕🙏💕😇😇😇😇😇😇
