I cannot remember who it was I saw peel their maters but I have seen it. I'm thinkin Jeff Smith off The Frugal Gourmet but its fuzzy. I know theres a "way" ta peel them thats easier. Anyhow, I was also thinkin that most folks wouldnt peel their maters cause if most people buy them in a can then they come already peeled. That's my 2 cents,hehe
