On my Takeuchi, when I opened my final, it was dry. (I bought it with a jammed track motor.) Not sure how anyone could run a machine with an empty final…… I pulled the chunks out, (amazingly it turned again) refilled it, and ran it for a few years until I bought a new kubota.
You got lucky on that one, I know several people that hardly do any maintenance on their equipment. I am enjoying watching your videos, I love your little mini truck.

I’m getting ready to write a big check to Kubota. At least I want to. I need an 040 with 3 buckets, 6 way blade, and a mulcher head. I also need a SLV 75 skid steer with a standard bucket, grapple bucket, and would like a mower deck. There is one dealership up here in Alaska and those turds are marking everything up a good 20%. 🤬🤬🤬 these a holes say that they won’t warranty anything that I buy down in the Lower 48 and ship up here and won’t will not work with me on parts or service unless I buy everything through them. 🤬🤬🤬 eff them! I need what amounts to a semi load of Kubota gear trucked up here and delivered to me. I also wanted to look at getting the smaller 2 place side by side with a snow blower on it which they also quoted 20k more than what I would pay for one down south. Fauch these arrogant entitled jerks up here. They want over 60k more for the same stuff that I could buy and ship up here. 😡
I have been loading on and off the ramp trucks for about 30 years. It's not too bad. The scariest ride I have ever taken was loading our old dozer on a lower decked trailer. One track slipped it, turned sideways, and slide all the way off the back. That definitely got my attention. And it happened fast. If I wanted to go help a neighbor or friend I could easily pull this 040 and pull a SLV 75 around with my Tundra on a low tilt bead. Great videos. Has definitely sold me on the equipment that I need for my place.
Through my Kubota dealer. They put them on before I picked it up. Most of my machine were ordered with steel. This one had rubber but they switched it over and discounted the rubber tracks off the price.

That truck set up is too sketchy for me. Tilt bed low boy bumper pull trailer is what would work for me.

Where did you buy your steel tracks. I have the same machine and had a rubber track split after 1200 hours.

No, steel tracks work far better for the type work I do. And the last longer.

No I worry about hitting wire connection with High pressure.
