It's 48 hours notice prior to entering, not 24.

Dose this apply in Washington state? We been renting for almost a year paying month to month but the land gave us a letter saying we have only a couple of months to move since they have to sell the house to close their Father's estate even tho we haven't missed not one payments for rent?

I have a lot of questions about suing the landlord that cost me my career and ruined my reputation and got me set up by a drug dealer who is trying to blackmail me?? I will be able to prove everything in court as well! I can’t even get a new place to live or get a job or bank account because of her!! What did I do if the landlord is the reason why everyone is being hacked online and bank accounts are being hacked into by the man who has been doing horrible things to me and my family and I have been trying to keep my record cleared and my reputation is now classified as a stalker because of this woman who discriminate and threatening to do something to me physically!! And I have to go back to court to be able to prove my information has been changed in public records
