  • Lease rules for rental properties can seem complex, especially depending on the state. In Virginia, these guidelines are explained in the Virginia Residential Landlord and Tenant Act (VRLTA), found in the Code of Virginia. While landlords can tweak these rules to suit their needs, not all tenancies are identical. This video will simplify the Virginia landlord-tenant law, outlining rights and responsibilities for both parties. Let's dive in! @@jenniferp7749 Virginia is a landlord friendly state. The corruption is on every single level. From maintenance to magistrate. I called every single law firm. they were all interested until they heard the property owners and the management companies name.
