@@jenniferp7749 Virginia is a landlord friendly state. The corruption is on every single level. From maintenance to magistrate. I called every single law firm. they were all interested until they heard the property owners and the management companies name.
When if landlord is not keeping a safe area for the renters and just letting chaos break out.
These laws are made for the rich , not the poor who have to rent their crap.
You have a choice. Why aren’t you choosing it? Or do you just like to be a victim for no reason?
