The most original Mario Party. The game had a damn story where everyone was small and it was amazing! Loved this game as a kid, but damn I hated Piranha Plant...

On god when I was a child I couldn’t beat the Piranha Plant And I got angry all the time because I had to keep spamming the a button and just keep repeating the same thing over and over again until eventually my hand got tired and I just rather die in the game but now as I’m older the Piranha Plant is not so hard after all, but I hated this boss fight when I was a kid.
Lol, every time I got to that boss I always had to give my ds to my parents because I couldnt mash the button that flies you fast enough,but they could.
My strategy for bowser: phase 1: run around the edge of the arena, bowser will follow you. When he falls, mash the B-button. Phase 2: Press X, run around bowser and mash b when possible. Phase 3: Stand in the middle of the arena and get hit once for invincibility frames, mash the b-button when bowser is in the middle of the arena
Beating that Piranha Plant as a kid was my first real moment in gaming where I felt accomplished, it was definitely a big step in getting me into hard games and the grind of trying something for hours at a time before finally overcoming it and feeling like a god. So thanks, Mario Party, for making sure I got into Bloodborne.
It’s so weird to see so many other people who had trouble with the piranha. This game is no joke the reason I can mash more than 12 times per second. I learned to use my pointer finger and not my thumb. Every time someone asks me how I mash as Luigi in smash or in Mario Party, I refer to this game. Thank you game. Through the trials I learned.

Piranha Plant Boss Fight: Float in midair by repeatedly pressing a button over and over again so you don't fall into the Piranha Plant's mouth while it sucks in air and those ladybug plants beside you and then it spits them out and you have to catch it while avoiding other spat-out plants or else you'll drop the one you're holding and then when the Piranha Plant sucks in air again you drop the plant into his mouth three times to defeat him. I remember I got to the final boss and I was so freaking happy, mostly because I had to deal with an annoying Waluigi Then when I was in the final phase, my DS froze and I just sat there with a blank look on my face, knowing what just happened You won’t understand how angry I was, unless the same thing happened to you
I remember that happened on my Pokémon I went to save but then it said there was an error please turn of your Ds I had beat 3 gyms and caught a lot of goods pokes I never picked up Pokémon for another 3 months because I was so pissed off
Bruh after 20 fails attempts at beating Cynthia in Pokémon Pearl, the instant I actually manage to take down her final mon, the game freezes. Took me another 15 tried before I won again
This game was honestly a stellar game. The minigames are all so memorable and the touchscreen games were easy enough to do with your fingers if u really wanted to. Honestly has all the charm a mario party game should have

The nostalgia omg, bringing me back to the 2nd grade (I'm in 9th). The minigames were fire, the bosses we're lit (especially drybones) and the storyline was amazing. Probably the best Mario Party imo

This Mario party is awesome cause it’s the first to add a story mode and bosses besides bowser. The layout is also great and it has awesome soundtracks, my favorite it the boss battle music.
