Ahhhh I’m so glad I stumbled upon this and found you. We are in such similar situations! ❤ pregnant with my 4th, immediately after loss (ovulated 2 weeks later also) and we had decided not to try again so this is our little surprise rainbow. Congrats! I look forward to following ❤

Congratulations! Just curious - my doctor told me that the max number of c sections typically recommended for mama’s safety is 3. Are you nervous at all this being your 4th ?
I would love to know the same! I’m having my 3rd c section on Saturday😁
I had 3 c-section, my first two c-section were cut on the same line, my third the doctor said we needed to go a little higher because it was not recommended to do a third c-section on the same line
So they actually can’t give you a blanket number. Every mom is different and the healing can be different too. Some moms have amazingly thick uteri after multiple C-sections and others have tons of scar tissue and adhesions after one or two. So you really have to ask a doctor you trust WHILE they’re inside you.
I’m pregnant with my fourth after 3 C-sections and mine have NOT been simple. I had a failed preeclampsia induction with the first, a failed GD with insulin/low fluid induction with the second, a planned C-section for the insulin GD and preeclampsia for the third with a uterine window. My kids are 21 months apart, 17 months apart, and Lord willing 23 months apart.
I would love to have a 5th if my body could handle it! The doctor who delivered my third strongly recommended a repeat at 36 weeks this time. I’m almost 19 weeks now.
I am the 4th C baby. My mama had 4. She is perfectly healthy and in her 60's now.
I am truly sorry for the loss you went through. That is really very sad. Congratulations on your latest pregnancy. I agree, pregnancy is exhausting, but in your thirties is so much more so. I was 38 and 39 with my last pregnancy (he's now about to be 9 months old and I am 40). It was so different from my ones from my twenties. Sleep well and I wish you much joy.

I am a mom of four kiddos. I had a miscarriage between my 2 year old and my youngest. It broke mine and my husband's hearts. The pregnancy was a surprise but very much wanted. After a few months, we tried again and conceived our youngest. I hardly told anyone until I was way into my second trimester. Close family and friends knew. We welcomed our youngest on March 1st. I do think of the little one we lost but am thankful to God we welcomed our newest little one. She is a delight. I pray for healing and joy for you.

I had a miscarriage two years ago and I waited until I was 6 months to start trying again. It took a full year to become pregnant with our rainbow baby, we are blessed to have a healthy pregnancy with our first girl after having two boys. I know in 99 days or less is when she'll be here 🥹.

That’s exactly how I got pregnant with my third. My body went right into a normal cycle and two weeks later got pregnant. Im so happy for you! I just had my fourth (and fourth c section) and our kids are similar in ages (7,5,2 and 7 weeks) It’s been a wild few weeks and not much homeschooling getting done but trying to give myself grace. Having a big family is such a blessing ❤
