For those wondering why you're not authorized to use the slmgr -rearm command is because you need to be an logged in as an administrator, and then open cmd as an administrator.
For some like me for example, using the shortcut will open it without admin privileges, you have to go to your windows searchbar, type cmd, right click and ''open as administrator''

This works for me!
1. Go Start, right click *COMPUTER* and go to *Propeties*
2. Go to *Windows Update* at the Second Bottom
3. Go to *Installed Updates*
4. Find KB971033 and uninstall it by double clicking it..
Edit: Once your done Uninstall it, restart your Computer.

If you follow 5 steps, then you should restart your PC and again cmd command need to try "Slmgr -rearm" like shown in video. Hope it will be work
Go To Control Panel And Search Windows Update Now Click On Check For Updates And Download Update. Now Restart Your Computer. I Think This Will Fix Your Problem I Also Try And It's 100% Working

1) start>cmd>right click on cmd>run as admin
2)Type: slmgr -rearm
3) restart
4) right click on desktop >aero themes > Windows 7

None of them worked for me..i was able to delete slui.exe still there was some error when i entered slmgr -rearm in cmd

Same happened to me, but if you didn't empty the recycle bin, you can right click on it, and then restore, now you can follow the steps in the video, without trying to delete it.

long story short you must run the cmd box as Admin (Right-click "Run as Administrator" ) when it opens type SLMGR -REARM

suggest upgrade to window 10
you need to do all the steps until the very end so that it will be successful when you put "slmgr -rearm"

that is because that person did put all the steps down. When you type cmd and then click on the small black box, then click on it and choose run as admin, then type at the prompt slmgr -rearm and make sure there is a space after the slmgr and the -rearm, then hit enter.and this will work i have used it.

I would say 'disappear for a few days' and 'permanent until it reappears' are describing it better.

It didn't work
The slmgr -rearm will work ! Just start the CMD in administrator mode! Then when you type it will state command succes restart to take effect
Bro go to system properties and see there will be some days to activate windows
After those days you will get the same problem windows is not genuine
