84, 96, 03 drafts in no particular order are best classes ever...17 draft class wit fox, Tatum, few other youngins still has potential but doubt any hof's cept maybe Tatum but still has potential for deep draft as far as multiple NBA contributers for decade plus

I shudder at how often Iverson would get to the rim today's game with his impossible quickness and the extra 3rd (sometimes 5th step) they don't call in today's NBA.
Great game! I’d have to say: even MJ’s greatness was somewhat outclassed by Iverson in this one. He’s such a jitterbug, an amazing ballhandler, amazing finisher, tough, with a good jumpshot to boot!
Lol you can see the unrest and malaise in the crowd that the kid is good. No one is denying MJ’s dominance and alpha presence on the court throughout the course of his career. The greatest. This was one of the first occurrences of someone with enough weight of their own to steal some of the limelight. At the time, 7’0 Olajuwon was on the decline, and Shaq was the obvious incumbent. Here we are seeing someone with the competitive flame to be a challenger to his airness .

I don’t know what they were thinkin... everything after 2006 was forgettable. The moment he left Philly, had the feeling that’s it for him.. and I was right
My built in 2k player is not even as good as AI, he was one of the mini goats for real - along with Earl Manigault, Nate Archibald, Calvin Murphy, Isiah Thomas + John Stockton;
6:02-6:05 love how MJ is controlling the ball bouncing it. I remember he's done sth like that even in much more difficult situation in the Finals against Sonics, diving for the ball against few opponents, completely off balance but still trying to bounce the ball and control it, so fundamental even in the most difficult situations on the court - simply unbelievable; 1 of many moments when you recognize the real GOAT of basketball.
Jordan's 3 at the end of the third with that amazing pass from Scottie! Jordan was consistently clutch and always a showman! ❤ A.I. is no slouch! He put up a hell of a fight against the dominant '97 Bulls and a dominant MJ! This is back when teams played defense and had tight man to man coverage! Love 90s Ball so freakin much!
I watched every Bull game possible. 9 times out of 10 Jordan was a highlight for ESPN all the time. His bad games would be still be a really good game.
The man brought a good taste for dribbling and crossovers as an attacking element. how cool it was that this little man slipped through the defense, between two players...like a knife through butter. Perfect timing. He was drawing lace on the site. True basketball art. And only then the system of fast dribbling, crossover and shooting was passed on to modern players. But Iverson is the beginning!
Cha Ching yeah the officiating style has completely killed the entertainment. It’s a shame too, since the athleticism and competition has gotten immensely better, as it tends to over time.

GodColored TV A rookie Michael Jordan was a freaky ass dude. Put both rookies together and Jordan woulda had his nutsacks 🥜 on A.I above the rim on every play but A.I is a monster
Akidd Fitness lol but Ai wouldn’t guard him
Jordan was 34 year old at that time. LOL
2018 ECF:
*Rookie Jason Tatum ( age 19 ) vs Lebron James.*
Still needed 7 games to beat the Celtics.
@chad porter Yup I remember that.
6:54 & 8:15 Wow...Thank you for this video!! 2 of the GOATS Jordan & Iverson
JonnyEuphonicMuzic hed be great in todays game with more bigs stretching the floor with their shooting and utilizing the 0 step like james harden. His first step was underated
Allen Iverson was just a flat out BEAST!! i mean this guy went at the whole damn TEAM!! and kept coming.
I know Iverson puts new players over himself a lot, its just who he is as a great person, but I love watching him play, his handles are the best to ever be in the league. He is just too fast, there are way too many times just in this game where he just splits 2 defenders, or evades multiple guys. The best highlights I've seen in the last 10 years, just seem like any other day with Iverson. And there has been some great plays in the last 10 years.
Man Iverson was such a great player but doesn't seem to get enough credit or respect...one of my favorite players....oh MJ is too
The GOAT resting in the 4th Q like the real GOAT without thinking about meaningless stats.
Still very good stats about 55% fg inclusive 3 pointers and 2 blocks.
"Meaningless stats" He could've been the greatest scorer of all time. History is never meaningless.
@@soullessSiIence he said in interviews he didnt care about that
That’s how true goats load manage. End the game early.
Something Kobe did alot in his prime
At the 1:07 mark, Ron Harper got hit with a NASTY CROSSOVER by Iverson!!
I peeped that
Facts 😂
Was looking for someone to comment on that ... what's nice about it is he didnt take so many dribbles to pull off that crossover, guys like harden and kyrie today take ages on the ball almost every possession before they finally hit their move
8:52 Taking a shoot with 2 seconds left, with +23 points lead. If this happen in today's game they will consider that offensive :D
The GOAT and the Small GOAT
AI's crossover is still the best i had ever seen
real talk
Me 2
AI is my favorite player all time, but Jamal Crawford and Kyrie Irving have better crossovers than AI had. But AI still top 3 in crossovers.
Tim hardaway
@@6ixspeedstang186 in this era no one could touch ai cross overs now ur right so many better people
Mike loved A.I. just as much as he loved Kobe that 96 draft had 2 of the GREATEST scorers of all time can easily make an argument as a top 3 draft class ever
I agree, and I'm a huge Jordan fan, but that 96 draft class in my opinion is the best. Full of talent, Kobe, Iverson, Ray Allen, Steve Nash, Shareef abdur Rahim, Marcus camby, Steph marbury, peja stojakovic, Jermaine O'Neal, vitaly potapenko ok I went to far with that one
84, 96, 03 drafts in no particular order are best classes ever...17 draft class wit fox, Tatum, few other youngins still has potential but doubt any hof's cept maybe Tatum but still has potential for deep draft as far as multiple NBA contributers for decade plus
@@troyj881 I definitely agree top 3 ever but honorable mention in my opinion is that 98 draft Dirk, Pierce, Vincanity, Jamison, Bibby, J-Will, Rashard Lewis, Al Harrington etc 3 for sure Hall Of Famers
@@robertwilson9528 LMAO FACTS! & although he isn't a Hall Of Famer but don't forget about D Fish every championship the late great Kobe won that man was right beside him in the back court he was TECHNICALLY the Lakers 1st draft pick that year
@@qceaz11 very good point indeed. People overlook guys like him. They r glue guys that u need to win with
That crossover so genuine and original
8:14 Iversion didnt need to be 6"6 he was just as dangerous as any kobe ,jordan, type players!
Iverson is the second most iconic player of all time behind MJ. No one has challenged all these legends all by himself like AI did. Plus he faced jail & racism at early age. If only he was mentored well and supported by the nba community instead of judgement...
I just turned 14 yrs old again watching that . I remember it like yesterday.
Imagine if hand checking didn’t exist back then. Ai would’ve dropping 40 on every defender that crossed his path.
He did that anyway😂
It did exist. Started in 94
Handchecking is overrated, he was doing it while it was in the game lol.
07:00 GOAT MJ 💪
amazing, were bound to watch these plays forever and ever as a player like him will never walk this earth again
Just seeing that lemme know...if Jordan needed to shoot 3s to adapt to this day and age...he would easily average 40...easily
@Charlie Trit unless he bricked it
@Charlie Trit a simple google search will tell you that MJ shot better than Kobe. MJ shot 49% and Kobe 45%
@Charlie Trit I was going by true field goal percentage. Also look at this www.google.com/amp/s/syndication.bleacherreport.com/amp/1749229-is-michael-jordan-the-greatest-perimeter-post-player-of-all-time.amp.html
It's just a pleasure to watch AI - He was just lighting fast 2:04 - a total joy to watch in motion. Nothing like ever since
Thanks for uploading with good quality. 90s bulls was of NBA's the golden era.
The audio engineer for this game killed it. Net and court sounds are crisp af
Iverson was such a great player for the league. Love that guy.
I shudder at how often Iverson would get to the rim today's game with his impossible quickness and the extra 3rd (sometimes 5th step) they don't call in today's NBA.
Kyrie cant touch Allen lverson please?
@@seanfelder3977 Kyrie has better handles. Not as quick as AI
They should have traded jerry stackhouse immediately after this game smh
turbobenx he didn’t even want to play next to iverson too smh jerry told sixers to trade him cus iverson gets too many touches. Dude was selfish asf
8:16 my god, man!
I see there was a couple of sightings of the GOAT Jerry “Jordan held me back” Stackhouse 😂😂😂
Jerry CRACKhouse.....
thats too funny, when Stackhouse said he felt Jordan held him back, yet Stackhouse was leading scorer when he and Jordan was playing for the Wizards
@@macanthony1982 40% FG, 29% 3pt on 17 shots
Great game! I’d have to say: even MJ’s greatness was somewhat outclassed by Iverson in this one. He’s such a jitterbug, an amazing ballhandler, amazing finisher, tough, with a good jumpshot to boot!
Did you not see that catch and shoot by Mike at the end of the 3rd quarter 🤔
@@nariisabk372 that had nothing to do with what he said
Lol you can see the unrest and malaise in the crowd that the kid is good.

Dean Snipah he badass

I don’t think basketball will ever get this good again.
Jordan didn't even have to set up to hit that shot at the buzzer. That pass from Scottie though. Classic!
Scottie threw that all finesse, clutch players no hype needed 👊
Jordan could never be who he was without Scottie's basketball IQ!!!! Jordan and Pippen really goes hand in hand
Malik Holmes the best 1-2 since ham & cheese 😂
@@malikholmes5045 What? So he couldnt lead the league in scoring without scottie? No rookie of the year without scottie? Average 30 a game without Scottie? Be called God in sneakers by Larry Bird without Scottie? Scottie would have never been the player he was without Jordan. Jordan has the highest basketball IQ. Where do you think Scottie learned everything from? He had to play against Jordan in everyday. That made Scottie. Jordan came into the league a beast. Scottie did not.
@@javoncook2441 niggas is wylin wild right now sayin Scottie had a high bball IQ. He showed that he was definitely not number 1 when Jordan took that season off
That crossover is still the best in town!
Hate to say this coz I like AI, they could have had at least a chance in winning a championship against LA if somebody just did his job... Man mutombo against Shaq!!! My built in 2k player is not even as good as AI, he was one of the mini goats for real - along with Earl Manigault, Nate Archibald, Calvin Murphy, Isiah Thomas + John Stockton;

@Tod Wilkinson ruclips.net/video/eaXQ0ufDdsY/видео.html
Bro💀 he’s just dribbling the ball
The d riding is crazy
What a game, what an opposition !!! I have to acknowledge Iverson was a great player
1:07 Nobody including MJ could handle that Xover 💯💰💰💰
Jordan's 3 at the end of the third with that amazing pass from Scottie! Jordan was consistently clutch and always a showman! ❤
A.I. is no slouch! He put up a hell of a fight against the dominant '97 Bulls and a dominant MJ!
This is back when teams played defense and had tight man to man coverage! Love 90s Ball so freakin much!
If Lebron had Iverson's heart he would have won 9 straight finals
Agreed
& still suck
7:00 is why he is the goat 🐐
2:40 one of the rare stuff of a jordan dunk attempt... don't recall seeing this before in all my mj viewings
The jumper forms in this era were great. Everybody had a hitch.
Pound for pound Iverson is the Goat!!! Small frame bigger game!!
7:00 long live MJ
6:04 M.J palms the ball like its orange :D
Prime Dwade, prime Allen Iverson and prime Drose were fearless and a special group of players that had more Heart than most players in the league.
What a shot from.MJ at the end of the third quarter
Most Lakers fans remember A.I. stepping over Tyronn Lue in the 2001 Finals
Bruh even the casuals knows about that
Fuck that got to do with the video
The G.O.A.T and The Answer..The defense was tight in those, I now know why they say it's a soft era
Iverson got the most letal crossover that nobody seen ever
This is going to sound nerdy, but I love the way the court was mic'd back then. Just sounds beautiful. Ahhhh
That MJ blocks and the MJ shot at the end of the third quarter. HIGH QUALITY

Just look at AI bouncing around the court unstoppable!
Wow this was awesome. Iverson was a scoring machine. Its a shame the sixers never gave him any help. Him and Stackhouse just didn't mix
Iverson almost dropped 50 points on MJ’s championship team..
Best MJ ever.
MJ always gone be the best ever in my eyes lol

“Sometimes I dream that he is ME”
Minute 7:30
Paul George: "That was a bad shoot"
I think the bulls answered with the dub. Man I miss those days in the NBA. Can’t Mike come back just one mo? Imagine Mike and AI on the same team.
4:21 what a hater 😂
This was when the NBA was good! It's no where near as good now a days.
Cha Ching yeah the officiating style has completely killed the entertainment. It’s a shame too, since the athleticism and competition has gotten immensely better, as it tends to over time.
@chicagoallday in this world buddy. you clearly don't know basketball of you would be able to see that in todays game the skill level has increased a ton, compared to back then when there was only a handful of really talented players. that's facts

Difference of quality is Jordan was the focus of the defense as 1st option in the game plan, Klay on the other hand was not the focus of the other teams defense, but Kevin Durant & Stephenson Curry was the game plan giving Klay wide open shots all night which he didn't need to dribble, would have been a fool to if he did put the ball on the floor. Micheal Jordan had the biggest impact when he came in NBA for he was only player in history that every cable carrier in nation had to have Chicago s WGN tv network to see the Bulls play. THAT S HOW MUCH IMPACT MJ had and since he retired WGN faded away from everyone s cable package. Micheal Jordan was that big in those times and no other player to this date has that much attraction where a city s TV Channel was in 99 percent in everyone s home to watch that player on a daily basis.
True dat. I used to wonder as a kid how WGN was on cable but it wasn't a cable station like USA or TNT.
