    Thanks for your answer and that you might do a tutorial soon! :)
    Does that also fix flowstate drifting when my camera is moving? It does not seem like a linear spin, so the more I turn the camera while moving it the more it drifts...

    Great Infos 👍. One question how you start stop the R5C on the Gimbal? I connected the R5C to a TC-80N3 and fixed it to the one axis of the gimbal. It is not a good solution, but it is better than always tutch the R5C.

    • @hughhou

      Yes! It is not a cheap gimbal but it is very strong. I shot several projects but right now in post production under heavy NDA - it is not for my channel and it is BIG - you will prob see it on Meta soon...shhhhh...

      @@hughhou it seems reasonable compared to DJI gimbals. That sounds fun. I love trying to figure out new ways and VR friendly ways to move the camera. Can’t wait to see when it comes out. Hope to work on more VR projects soon. I’ve done a lot of testing with different gimbals, I love it.

    @hugh hou thank you very much for your answer regarding the drifting of the Insta 360 pro 2 flowstate. How can I correct that? It doesn't seem to be the same speed all time❤...when I turn around with the camera a lot it gets worse it seems... Or is Premier/Mystika able to see automatically recognize what's the correct direction?
    A suggestion for a tutorial would be really amazing since I have no clue where to start here :(

    • @hughhou
      @hughhou  10 месяцев назад +1

      So tutorial might be coming but for the time being, you basically manually animate the VR rotating sphere effect (or VR projection) PAN value. Find a point in the CENTER of your 360 frame. And animate manually to make sure the camera always point that way. Use animation curve to make your animate smoother. It is actually a very common workflow in 360 VR before Mocha Pro coming along in the picture.

    @20:10 did you glue the 1/4 20 on the handle?
    This should've been a no brainer for the product manager and designer adding a mount screw on the handle by default to add anti-rotating wholes.
    I'm trying to add my Ninja Ultra so I can record to the monitor SSD.
    I updated my comments in the thread.

      It is a 1/4 to a quick release - by Falcam F22 - I use on all my mounting to have univsal mounting system

      Thanks @@hughhou. I have a similar solution. I found the 2x 1/4 20 to 1/4 20 screw I needed in my bin. 😅 I had everything I needed.
      I found that I had the Wooden Camera Universal Ultra Arm Combo with all that I need.

      I really hope Zhiyun can see my comments. Maybe update the handle. I'd be happy to shop mine to a mill shop that can add anti-rotation wholes.

    Heyo @Hugh a question about Mystika: How much better is the stitching compared to Insta360 Stitcher IF NO MANUAL ADJUSTMENTS ARE DONE (so just some automatic buttons but no manually creating safe spheres etc.)?

    • @hughhou
      @hughhou  10 месяцев назад

      MIstika you need to learn manual adjustment - that is the whole point. If not don't get it. Use Boutique free first to try it yourself as it is same engine.

    Is there any gimbal that can handle the Insta360 Pro 2? 1 axis (360 so it looks always in the same direction) would be fine enough. :)

    • @hughhou
      @hughhou  10 месяцев назад +1

      This will. But you prob want to use it for VR180 as the arm will be in frame

    What can I do against the Insta360 Pro 2 drifting when using flowstate? After around 7-10min it did a whole 360° while walking/driving around with it...

    • @hughhou
      @hughhou  10 месяцев назад

      That is the internal flowstate stabilization problem. You can use Mistika VR to correct overtime or manually do it in Premiere.

  • @captteemo9133

    Hi Hough :) I struggle a bit: While moving 30fps are absolutely unsuable but the Insta360 Pro2 only can handle 6K in 60fps (3D)...and filming in 2D (8K60fps) will cause stitching trouble....so what do do? I want the same quality as on my 8K images :(

    • @hughhou
      @hughhou  10 месяцев назад

      6K60fps is the sweet spot of Pro 2 - that is what I film as well: ruclips.net/video/BrW7Xi6iooI/видео.html - you don't need 8K right now for RUclips and for most of the devices - it max out in 6K.

  • @captteemo9133

    Regarding your answer that 6K60fps is the sweet spot: Since I make these videos for the future where all devices will be able to do 8K3D120fps, 12k and higher, I want to film in the best possible quality and this is 8K, by far (5.7K with 100mbps compression especially looks so ugly when watching in the Meta Quest 2...)

    Btw @Hugh Hou tried with the creators of flowframes (30→ 60/90fps etc. by AI) to interpolate 30fps 8K3D to a higher framerate - here some insights that might interest you:
    1.) Best prosumer NVIDIA GPU was only able to do 4k3D, everything above is eating up to much VRAM/RAM
    2.) Interpolating 3D causes some trouble since the 2 eyes are handled as seperate videos - I think the AI might make some mistakes here since it hurted my eyes more...Or what have you experienced when interpolating 3D360 to a higher frame rate? If that's true that would mean: Currently 3D interpolation is impossible :|

    • @hughhou
      @hughhou  10 месяцев назад

      Well I don't use AI for 3D at all for upframe or I use this software: ruclips.net/video/EzpRM8lCwNI/видео.html - but do it sereprate as left and right eye (upscale not upframe rate tho)
