I agree with you. I don't know many people under the age of 35-40 that are into radio. I'm 49 and have been involved in the hobby since I was a teenager. It's good to see some areas of the hobby appealing to younger people such as SDR tech and internet linking but that's another story...!
It also looks very quiet compared to the rallies of 20 years ago and earlier, when it was literally a job to move in the main hall, as I am sure many will remember.
@@Eurobrasil550 but twenty years ago the rallys were mostly PC and computer rallys, but i agree they were busier, but 30 year ago even better. but then again Radio Amateurs were men who understood what building an item of equipment was all about, now days todays amateurs struggle to solder a PL-259 on, in fact if a radio or antenna hasn't got a PL-259 on it they panic. it's a cheque book black box internet hobby now days.
