  • D5 is a real-time ray trace-enabled rendering software that allows you to quickly render out your projects as you design them!

As a rendering software, it checks a lot of boxes that I personally look for in my rendering workflow. The first and foremost of these is real-time ray tracing. Ray tracing, in general terms, is a rendering technique for simulating light rays within a scene, which can give amazing photorealistic results. Traditionally, this required many hours for the CPU to calculate, but now can be done in real-time with the GPU. The next thing I usually look for its ease of use, and this is where these quick and simple rendering software really shine! Without all the bells and whistles to distract us, we can really focus on quickly pumping out renderings without much setup.

Very good! I'm digging through the program to learn! Is there the option to smooth the modeling, especially for those who use Revit, so that the object or the edges of the walls are not so flat? Thanks 😀

Every time I close the file and reopen it everything I did with the imported revit model disappears and if I load it again, the changes I had made such as material changes for example do not appear. What am I doing wrong? Can someone help me?

Since it uses ray tracing, do we need a ray tracing-capable GPU?
    Looks great btw!

Nvidia RTX cards are recommended, but if you do not have, it is ok to use GTX1080 1070 as well. the lowest requirement is GTX 1060 6gb. BUt I heard they will improve it in next version. Maybe my 1050 can still work
