Suleiman is at blame for much of this too. He killed two of his sister's husbands already. Instead of checking Ibrahim before he went too far, he gave Ibrahim immunity from himself. Ibrahim obviously chose his own path and came to his own end. Hatice refused to see her husband's ambition and desire for power. Shah Huban checked her husband, but he failed to listen. He got lucky to be only exiled. Only because Suleiman had a weakness for daughters, in my opinion.
Agreed. When Ibrahim cheated on Hatice, fathered a child and wasn't even particularly sorry about it, Süleyman should have been done with him. He proved he wasn't loyal to the dynasty and that should have been that. When Ibrahim got away with disrespecting and cheating on Süleyman's sister, he truly started to believe he was untouchable. What a shame, that he didn't stay out of the harem games and focused on being the Sultan's loyal friend and grand vizir. He dug his own grave, truly.

Your husband was executed for all of his actions and greed and corruption. You blamed hurrem when all she did was expose your husband, the things you turned a blind eye to. You took hurrem from him out of revenge! That’s a different fire! Hatice is extremely mentally unstable. Plus she was an entitled spoiled brat
In this drama her she died in vain because Hurrem still comes back. She should have order Hurrem’s death so when she found out Suleman would suffer but Hurrem still comes back.

Theres absolutely 0 reason why Hatice wouldn't have straight up murdered Hürrem here instead of just... Locking her away for years. She would have shown Suleiman her body the same way he showed Ibrahim's.
Yeah... that's a bit of a plot hole. Why keep her alive? Maybe to use her as a bargaining ship with Hurrem's children after Süleyman's death? Or so they wouldn't be punished as harshly (execution), if found out? But then Hatice was in no way rational at that point. So I agree...she would have straight up ordered Hurrem's murder.
Maybe to punish them both. Hurrem was alive but far from her love. They probably told her that she'll never come home and see her family. And Suleiman didn't know what happened, he couldn't visit her grave, just like Hatige couldn't go to Ibrahim's grave.

She wasn't in love with Ibrahim, she was obsessed with him and wanted to control and possess him. His death set him free in my eyes!!! Hatice biggest mistake was thinking she was above Hurrem once she married the Sultan.
